Got an estimate for a gas line for a gas range. Estimate was $1800.00 and a $95.00 estimate fee.
Got a second estimate for $ 650.00 and no charge for the estimate. YOU CHOOSE!

Had a backup into the laundry tub/floor drain. Tried floor drain, had to move to main. Cleared the line for now but, as expected, was messy. Had to bust out main line cap, he used a screw driver! Got pretty far but stalled out, I loaned him a cold chisel. Would have appreciated a heads up on the extent of the main line work. Sewer gunk on walls, and clothing hanging way BEHIND him...

Dillon was my service tech, and was very informative. Explained each step, and showed me what he was looking at. I highly recommend.

They did it right. They kept me informed. They were friendly. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up.

They charged me a 1081.00 for a hose bib and after speaking with a family friend charges sounde excessive with two additional services that wer not needed. They sold us a 99 dollar service warranty plan which I didn't know about until they emailed receipt and I didn't know about 253 dollar charge to remove garbage disposal and replace same disposal. A family friend told us this was unnecessary.

Good service and good technicians good price for excellent product. One problem the furnace was installed crooked as well as pipes. Don't know if it can be corrected. Good communications, work in timing matter. Happy with most.

Place is a joke. There technician wired my thermostat completely wrong for a electric heat pump and wired it for a gas heat pump. So my heat has not worked for 2 weeks and has ran for 24 hours a day. And they can offer me no support or solution other than a 50$ Refund. Absolutely ridiculous my electric bill will be outrageous because of this and there service manager told me I was a liar and he didn’t believe me that I had someone else come fix there techs mistake. Unbelievable to see a place like this have a A+ rating. There customer service is trash I will never contact this place in the future. Thx for the hassle and headache Thomas and Galbraith.

Rod said we needed a new computer board so he got almost 700.00 out of us. The last service man he said just jiggled some wires last time and that lasted for a very long time and that is what he did. It lasted half the night with us also having a 6 yr old child at our home with pneumonia. He ordered the part on the day he said our furnace would last till that part came in. I called the next day and got grief from the customer service lady saying because we had a downstairs furnace the wouldn’t come at all (we have no bedrooms downstairs are we sopposed to sleep on floor with the dog?) after I threatened to get my money back she said that someone would come out. Rod called and said he wasn’t coming because he couldn’t keep coming out to fix our furnace. Mind you he has our money. My husband said not to worry about it but he’s only here 2 days a week so it doesn’t really concern him so he d I didn’t want to try someone else. I had to send our kid with pneumonia to a friends home. This service sucks and customer clearly comes last.

Randy was very professional and found the problem right away. I just called this morning and got in quickly. Will always go with Thomas and Galbraith!! Great job to everyone who made my experience very easy.

Hands down the most professional hvac company. Just got a new furnace and air conditioner installed. Pricing was fair and workmanship was of the best quality. I plan on using Thomas and galbraith for all my hvac needs

I’ve used them a few times for plumbing and HVAC and every experience with them has been extremely positive. From the team who schedule the appointments to the techs that come out. Every single person has treated me with kindness and has been very thorough and explained everything in detail so I could understand what was going on with my systems. I will definitely be using them again.

I had reminders that Matt S. was on his way, along with his photo. Thomas and Galbraith provided a tracking link, so I knew exactly when he would arrive. Matt answered my 10 questions and very quickly inspected all my plumbing. He made some adjustments and cleaned one drain. Pleasant and courteous.
I plan to have them back in 2020 for a new sump pump with backup.

I am very happy with my new water heater installation on 10/17. We had no hot water for several days due to an acquaintance promising to install and was a no show, no call. I called Thomas & Galbraith on 10/15 and work was completed on 10/17/19. I definitely would recommend this company. Lura C
