Justin was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, very willing to listen to my concerns, and took care of the issue on the spot. He cleaned up everything and left things as they were when he came in. Would definitely recommend him and this company of course!!
Technician Professional and friendly. Explains everything clearly . Would highly recommend
We were extremely satisfied with our technician Dillon R. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions! Hope we get to do business with him again in the future.
Very informative. Explained options. Finished work quickly. Offered suggestions without being pushy. I liked that.
Dillon was knowledgeable and courteous. I was very comfortable with his service call.
I couldn’t have asked for a better company or technician! They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to complete the job and get us back to buisness in under an hour, and we couldn’t have been happier!
Quick service, clear explanations, willingness to work with us and answer dumb questions, didn’t seem to overcharge.
I had a water main in my front yard repaired. They said it was repaired and in the contract they offered a 5 year warranty and to grade and reseed the front yard within 120 days.A couple weeks after the repair the water company said I still had a leak and I contacted the company back. They came out and confirmed the leak was still there. They told me now it was under the driveway and would cost me $10,000 to repair after I just spent $4000 to have a new line ran in the front yard. Then they told me I would have to get a leak company out to find where the leak was.So I got a leak company to find the leak and it was the same line they jus had replaced.I contacted them to repair the work they just did and never got a return call.I had to get a different company to fix the leak due to the water company had turned off my water. So I paid a second company to repair the leak and didn't hear anything back from the company. So I disputed the charge and was told I had to deal with the company directly.I have left 4-6 messages and e-mails for the company to contact me back and still nothing. They didn't even complete the contract cause my front yard is still not graded or seeded and now I'm on the hook for the same repair twice.
Thomas & Galbraith is a company founded on trust and excellent customer service. I have attached the contract with Mr.. T&G were contracted to make a spot repair on the water service line, it was not a replacement of the entire line. This work was completed as contracted. The first page of the contract states what work will be done and the additional options such as the grade & seed. The page states that we have to leave it to settle for at least 120 days but we can return to grade & seed. The option for the grade & seed was listed below in the additional work portion. The work quoted in the top portion of the contract states what work would be done for $3685. Mr. did not agree to any other additional options presented in the "Additional work" portion of the contract, nor did he pay for them. I have attached the first and second page of the contract. If there is an issue with the spot repair made by T&G then we are more than happy to schedule a team member out to perform any necessary and appropriate warranty work. Any requested work outside the scope of that which was contracted and completed per the terms of the contract would be chargeable.

Great service and prices! I was able to get someone to fix a plumbing issue for a tenant fairly quickly after contacting Thomas & Galbraith. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely be contacting the company again for all my plumbing needs.
Justin went beyond expectations on my furnace tune-up through the home maintenance program. He investigated the reason for a hesitating pilot light and cleaned the MUD DAWBER nest out of the intake PVC pipe entering the house. I don’t think any other company would have done such investigative work and solved the issue on the spot. fantastic service!
Nathaniel M was great! Professional and knowledgeable about our system. Only recommendation was to change the filter before our heat kicks on.
They did a excellent job in a timely manner very friendly and reasonable
Technician was very courteous. He took the time to review everything he did. He left everything cleaner than when he came.
The clinician was very friendly and professional and willing to answer all our questions.
07/06/19- New AC unit installed outside (new furnace installed inside 2015).
1st visit- Chris and 2 trainee’s installed the unit (Chris had just started with the company too). Finished the job as scheduled, but said a cap was missing to go over some wiring outside, said they would come back to install the last piece, would give me a call to schedule. Never got a call, had to call and schedule an appt for someone to return. It was very hot this day and all 3 worked very hard, so I overlooked the fact that they didn’t clean up the basement when they were finished. They left leftover pipe covering, screws, small amounts of drywall, but worse was the hole they made was left unfilled, so you could actually see inside. But they worked hard that day and were coming back, so I didn’t mention it.
2nd visit- Went to install the cap, but someone wrote down a wrong part number so they didn’t have the right part. Said he would be back later in the day. Never showed, never called. 2 days later I called to schedule a 3rd visit.
3rd visit- Wrong part number again, this trip was Larry, and Larry was very helpful. Even though he wasn’t there for it, I mentioned to him that the house wasn’t cooling like it was supposed to, told him it was 75 degree’s inside, set at 70, and it was 80 outside, so clearly there was an issue. He adjusted a couple of things and said he would come back the 4th time to install the cap.
4th visit- Larry again, this time the cap was correct and he finished the install and that piece was finally finished. Informed him the AC in the house was even worse at 77 degrees, set at 70, 87 and to be fair pretty humid outside. He went above and beyond again and looked at everything and made some calls to the office. Reported back to me that that he made a couple more adjusments to see if it would resolve the problem, but best guess was that the ductwork was too small to handle the new AC unit. And that they wanted $1,800 MORE to replace the ductwork. The next day the inside of the house was still 74 degree’s, so I called them back and told them I wanted to speak to the owner or someone in charge.
8/9/19- I ended up talking to the project manager Matt to discuss. I told him first of all I wanted a guarantee that both units were the right size for the house, and if I payed another penny for the ductwork, that there was a guarantee that if it didn’t fix the problem that I would get my money back. Matt told me that he would have his most experienced guy Jeff come out to verify the exact issue. He said he would have Jeff call me to schedule an appt. I never got a call so I called and made it myself.
5th visit- Jeff came out on 8/15/19. I showed him the mess that was left, which he cleaned up. I showed him the pic of my wall where you could see outside. I had since bought a $10 can of foam and filled it in myself, asked him if foam was ok to use and he said it was. He looked at everything and was pleasant and understanding. He said he was very confident it was an airduct issue and it needed to be replaced with bigger ductwork. He said if it were up to him they would just come out and replace everything and make it right at this point given the hassle I had endured, but it wasn’t his call and he would report everything back to Matt and Matt would give me a call.
8/28/19, 13 days later on a Wednesday, I still hadn’t received a call. I called a left another message, Jeff called me back a couple of hours later and apologized that he had been on vacation the prior week, and that he briefly spoke to Matt and was going to see him later that day and would talk to him again, that Matt had mentioned he may want to come out (a 6th time) to look at everything himself, but he would let Matt verify that for sure when he called me back.
9/17/19- 1 month & 2 days later, still no phone call back from anyone.
Yesterday 9/16/19 my house was 75 degree’s outside, set on 70, 88 degrees outside. They installed the AC unit almost 2.5 months ago.
At this point it’s obvious they just want me to go away. I’m 20 phone calls in with over half I’ve had to initiate myself. I’m tired of being lied to and think other people deserve to at least know how they’ve handled my issue. To be fair I don’t know what is being said in their office, I can only report what I’ve been told in person and over the phone.
I work during the day as well, so I have to make special arrangements when making appt’s. I’ve had to make 5 appointments and somewhere in between they actually were there for a 6th appt so they could do a sewer inspection and give me 5 quotes for other jobs at my request. Think they can be trusted to do any other work at this point?
And for the record, I’m 44 years old and never once posted a negative review about anyone, and I’ve certainly never contacted Revdex.com before, but I’m done. It’s not out of the question I will post to ***, ***, & ***. I had always used *** without issue but they were bought out by Thomas & Galbraith, this is my first experience with T & G.
Thomas & Galbraith is a company founded on trust and excellent customer service. Ductwork can be a very finicky science. Luckily we know much more now as we have made many advancements in home comfort. Unfortunately, the ductwork designs of older homes are not set up to handle the technology of today's units. T&G proposes to send out Larry to perform an evaluation, create a game plan as to how best to resolve this matter and then provide the client with the best possible quote on this investment. Please contact Nathan ***, Client Assurance Manager, at *** to schedule and/or discuss further.
