Nate came to do our annual air conditioning tune up. He was on time and went right to work outside; cleaning and conditioning the heat pump. When he came into the house, he had on protective foot coverings, so as not to track in dirt. He was professional, very polite and knowledgeable; cleaning the furnace thoroughly. Nate was attentive and careful, and asked if I had any questions or needed anything else looked in regarding our heating and cooling. I would highly recommend this company and this employee. They are truly a cut above the others.

I was changing my toilet cause it wouldn't flush. Dan came out and really went the extra mile. I'm so happy I called Thomas & Galbraith! It was worth every penny I spent and got an estimate for my kitchen sink! I'll definitely will call in the future! Thanks again Dan!

We had a clogged bathroom sink. I called Thomas & Galbraith. They came out in a couple days. Ryan cleared our drain quickly and provided the best solution for our issue. He and his assistant were very nice. Also, their price was great ($93 to unclog)! (We had another company come prior to and they charged $79 just to come, then was going to cost $310 to unclog ??!!)

Justin did an excellent job. Spent a lot of time answering a lot of questions. Will definitely use Thomas & Galbraith for some anticipated work I am planning for the near future. Highly recommended.

YOUR TECH ,RAY, DID A SUPER JOB HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND WHAT THE COST WOULD BE.
I HAVE HAD RAY BEFORE AND THAT IS THE REASON I ASK FOR HIM THIS TIME.

Technician was here to perform my AC season start-up inspection and tune-up as part of my maintenance package. He was professional and polite, as well as efficient. The only thing I wish had been different is that he did not give any description or details of what work he did, just that everything 'checked out'. After he drove away, I realized that I wished I had asked for those details.
I appreciate the way this company handles scheduling. I received email and text reminders in the days before the appointment. The appointment window was only 2 hours, so I didn't have to sacrifice my whole day wondering when the technician would arrive. The technician then called me that morning to give me a status update on timing and then arrived exactly when he said he would. Kudos!
