Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I sent emails, left voice messages because when you call you do not have an option to speak to anyone because you get transferred to voicemail after waiting for minutes and I even sent a faxI received an email a few days ago telling me that I could submit information again for a second review? The email stated that I did not provide the required documentation? This is incorrect because the documents were provided and the mistake was on their endA supervisor has yet to contact meI understand that they can correct my paperwork for free but it would be expected because the error was on their part? I am paying a fee to get my return filed correctly? I feel like I should be given some time of credit due to this issue? If I would have never reviewed my return and noticed the error, then the issue would have never been correctedFurthermore, I now have to wait even longer for the remainder of my tax return? We as a consumer put our trust in a company so our taxes get filed correctly and instead submit my return without waiting for my completed form and then try to put the blame on me when I had to make them aware of the mistake? I have yet to receive my corrected return so I don't even know how much money I am receiving? This was my first and last time.Even though I received my RAL as expected, now that it is time to file my taxes, the paperwork was already drawn upThe problem with that is, I have school documents, health saving plan documents to submitI have emailed, called, been hung up on and told I can only answer general questionsI shouldn't have to file a ammendment and posdibly be charged for something they never collected in the first placeNow my actual refund will be wrong, dealing with this company, I will be charged amendment feesWhen I even signed my actual tax return and submitted to the IRS, I DIDN'T SIGN IT, I PUT "CALL ME" as my signatureUntil they get someone to call me back, and get better customer serviceI will NEVER DO THIS AGAIN, and for the positive comments, the asked their customers to write somethingI got a email asking me to write a great review and I didn'tSo I know they have been hand selected..and even with that, NO CALL BACK!!
