Please be advised that the account holder of record is listed under the business name *** ***, and that is *** *** is the owner of the account. T-Mobile regrets any inconvenience Mr*** may have experienced in regards to the billing for his account. T-Mobile records indicate that Mr*** is currently enrolled in the Business Simple Choice Unlimited Talk, Text, and Data rate plan for five lines of service for $plus applicable taxes monthly. The sixth line of service on Mr***’s account is billed at $per month plus applicable taxes. The sixth line is also discounted $each month under the This One’s on Us free additional line promotion. T-Mobile records indicate that Mr*** has agreed to the following Equipment Installment Plans (EIP):• On September 25, 2017, an Apple iPhone Plus 64GB device in Gold was financed with a down payment of $and monthly installments of $29.17. • On November 22, 2017, an Apple iPhone Plus 64GB device in Gray was financed with a down payment of $and monthly installments of $30.00.Mr***’s estimated monthly charges including his rate plan, applicable taxes, monthly EIP payments, and the This One on Us promotion, are $183.49. I am rejecting this response because:I have went to my local T-Mobile store and was told that the new towers in my area don't support my phone the "Iphone Plus" this would have been nice to be notified about instead of me throwing away money every month so at this point I'd either ask for a Iphone that does support the new T-Mobile towers or a refund for at least half the year and I'll go to a different network that still does support my Iphone
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:While I did authorize Auto pay for my prepaid service initially, I called to have it closed and stopped the same day I returned the device, and the customer service rep confirmed thisSo, the payment made on Janauary 22, WAS NOT AUTHORIZED and was WRONGFULLY taken from my account, which has not been refunded to this day.The only terms that were agreed upon for prepaid service were agreed in store and I have the store reps signature and name printed on my receipt saying I would be fully refunded if returnedAs this was my first time using a prepaid service with T-Mobile myself, I believed the information given to me by the store rep, which was later revoked after I made the purchase. The credit that wad put on to my postpaid account includes money that was wrongfully taken from me and money I have a store rep signature saying I could have refunded if returned.I do not and have not agreed that I have been fully recoveredI certainly have not been compensated for the 6+hours I wasted in store and over an hour I spent being passed around rather than being transferred to a manager as I asked.Thank you for apply the money taken from me to my post paid account, but this, I do not consider recovery. Please be advised that we have made attempts to contact Ms***, which have proven unsuccessful. As such, T-Mobile will make every effort to address Ms***’s concerns within this letter T-Mobile regrets any concerns Ms*** experienced regarding her account. Our records confirm that Ms*** activated her account on April 18, 2017, with the line of service ending in ***. This number was changed to the number ending in ***, however, as of August 8, 2017. Ms***’s line of service was subscribed to our T-Mobile ONE rate plan at $monthly, as well as handset protection at $monthly. On May 5, 2017, Ms*** used our Equipment Installment Plan (“EIP”) program to purchase a Samsung Galaxy SPlus handset and accessories. Ms*** remitted a down payment in the amount of $130.00, and agreed to monthly installments in the amount of $32.92. Please note that if a customer has an open EIP and the account is canceled, any remaining open EIP balance on the canceled account is accelerated and becomes due with the final billing statement. This information is disclosed within the EIP agreement provided at the time of purchase In Ms***’s correspondence, she indicated that her account was accessed without her authorization after she contacted Customer Care to report the device as lost or stolen, and to suspend the service. Our records confirm that on May 27, 2017, Ms*** suspended her line of service as lost or stolen. At that time, Ms*** added a security password to her account. On June 7, 2017, Customer Care was contacted to restore the service to the line of service, and upon verification of the security password, the service was restored. The account had a past-due balance owed at that time in the amount of $147.93. Due to the past-due balance, on June 19, 2017, T-Mobile suspended the account’s ability to place outbound calls. A payment in the amount of $was remitted on June 20, 2017, restoring the service. On July 8, 2017, Ms*** contacted Customer Care, and the line was once again suspended as lost or stolen. However, on July 9, 2017, the account security password was verified, and the service was restored. On August 8, 2017, our records confirm that Ms*** contacted Customer Care, and cancelled the account. Please note that on August 8, 2017, upon verification of the account password, the account was restored, and the mobile number changed to end in ***. On August 14, 2017, Ms*** once again contacted customer care, and cancelled the account. As there was an active EIP at the time of cancellation, the remaining balance was assessed to the final billing statement. Ms***’s final billing statement was dated August 20, 2017, and reflected a final balance of $888.53. This balance included past-due charges of $205.85, and new charges of $for prorated monthly access charges, the remaining EIP balance, and applicable taxes Please note that upon receipt of Ms***’s correspondence, our Fraud Team investigated her account. Upon review of the account, it was determined that the account was not accessed fraudulently, and we have determined that this is a domestic issue. In an effort to amicably resolve Ms***’s concerns, on September 5, 2017, T-Mobile issued a credit to her account in the amount of $888.53, for the balance owed. Ms***’s account remains closed with a zero balance. Re: *** *** Your File No*** T-Mobile Account No*** To Whom It May Concern: T-Mobile USA, Inc(“T-Mobile”) is in receipt of your correspondence dated February 28, 2017, regarding the above-referenced account. We are pleased to report that we have resolved Ms*** concerns to her satisfaction We regret to hear that Ms*** had any concerns regarding her final balanceT-Mobile has reviewed the account and confirmed that mobile numbers ending in *** and *** were transferred to another service provider on January 20, 2017. The arrangement to transfer the line of service was made directly with Ms***’s new wireless service provider and not with T-Mobile. In fact, T-Mobile’s only involvement in this transaction was to cancel the line of service after Ms***’s new wireless service provider took control of it. In reviewing our records, T-Mobile first received a request to cancel the remaining lines of service on Ms***’s account on January 27, 2017, when Ms*** contacted T-MobileAs such, her number ending *** was scheduled for cancelation on February 8, 2017, the last day of her bill cyclePlease note that pursuant to T-Mobile policy, customers may be billed through the end of their current billing cycle if they cancel their service mid-cycle. Accordingly, Ms*** was billed through February 8, 2017, for all three lines of serviceThis left Ms***’s account closed with a balance of $consisting of monthly access charges and Equipment Installment Plan (“EIP”) payments from December 9, 2017, through February 8, It is important to note that if a customer has an open EIP and the account is canceled, any remaining open EIP balance on the canceled account is accelerated and becomes due with the final billing statement. This information is disclosed within the EIP agreement provided at the time of purchase. T-Mobile records indicate that Ms*** agreed to an EIP for the mobile number ending in *** and *** on June 8, 2016, with the purchase of an Apple iPad Mini and Apple iPhone 6s PlusMs*** also agreed to an EIP for mobile number ending *** with a purchase of an Apple iPhone 6s on June 10, When the account was canceled on February 8, 2017, the remaining EIP balance of $1,was accelerated and posted to the final billing statement dated March 8, 2017. It is T-Mobile's position that the remaining EIP balance is valid and owed Nevertheless, an in effort to amicably resolve her concerns, as a courtesy, T-Mobile has issued a credit for $for the monthly access charges from January 27, 2017, through February 8, 2017, plus the late feePlease note that this leaves Ms***’s account closed with a final balance of $1,and her final bill reflecting that her lines are ‘cancelled’ to provide her new service provider Please note that on March 10, 2017, T-Mobile contacted Ms*** and presented this offer as resolution to their concerns which she has accepted and considers this matter resolved to her satisfaction Based on the foregoing, we respectfully request that this complaint against T-Mobile be closed Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We regret any concerns Ms*** has experienced recently regarding the billing on her T-Mobile accountMs***’s account has two lines of service under our promotional taxes included T-Mobile ONE All In for $per month for two lines of serviceAdditionally Ms*** is subscribed to the optional JUMP! with PHP feature for $per month, per line of serviceTherefore Ms***’s monthly services charges are $per monthMs*** also has four active Equipment Installment Plans (“EIPs”) for a handset and accessories that were purchased and are billed out monthly at $per monthWith the EIPs, Ms***’s billing statement should reflect $per month
Upon further review our records indicate that Ms***’s account has carried a past due balance dating back to the December 8, billing statement, which has caused Ms***’s monthly billing statements to be higher than expectedT-Mobile has reviewed the last six months of Ms***’s account and we found that Ms***’s account has been suspended three timesIt should be noted that if the account is suspended, once reinstated customers are assessed a $restore from suspend fee per line of service, along with late fees and applicable taxesAs Ms***’s account has been suspended and resumed she has been assessed restore from suspend fees on three occasions along with monthly late fees and associated taxes
Furthermore on July 25, 2017, Ms*** made a payment of $134.77, which was subsequently returned unpaid and she was assessed a returned payment fee of $On August 14, 2017, T-Mobile applied courtesy credits of $for valid restore fees and late fees which reduced Ms***’s balance to $389.22, of which $is past dueT-Mobile has determined Ms*** is being billed accurately and no further compensation is warranted
Finally, Ms*** has a pending payment arrangement in which $will be drafted from her credit card on August 24, 2017, and once processed and posted will reduce the outstanding balance owed to T-MobileWe encourage Ms*** to log in to her account at www.T-Mobile.com where she can view and manage her billing statements and payments and set up payment arrangementsMs*** can also dial #225# and ‘send’ from her T-Mobile handset to check on her balance due along with the last payment that posted to her account
