I am requesting again that the business communicate with me in writing via email or to my mailing address as they have always done in the past...I have used this business over 10 years and all communication has been via email/in writing to [email protected] as I have an online account with this business and they have my email address onfile also in order to communicate with me and can track my MANY travels and use of shuttles through my online account with them.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
