Supershuttle International, Inc.

Supershuttle has serious issues that need to be resolved before I would ever consider using them or recommending them again. I have had to wait over 30 minutes at an airport for a private van that was booked ahead of time multiple times. Supershuttle "customer service" is a complete joke and often tries to put the blame in a situation on the customer when it is entirely their fault. If you are considering using supershuttle don't, take UberX which can be just as economical without the hassle and overall lack of professionalism of supershuttle.

Review: I was assigned vehicle number 598 to take me home from the airport on 10/07/14. The driver of that van was extremely rude and advised me that if I filed a complaint on him nothing would happen.Desired Settlement: That driver needs some type of discipline because he was for sure that management would do nothing to him although he was very rude to me and was yelling.
