Thank you for follow up on my complaint as this is one of the most frustration experience I have had.I have contacted them several times over the past weeks and all they do is give excuses that they have to contact the people in china and it is a busy time right now and they did not know when this product would be sent which means that I spend my $850.00 for something I cannot use.
I request that this complaint be re-opened and the business contacted.
