Placed an online order on 9/21/for a gift card promotion Customer Service email me on 11/15/stating that a gift card in amount of $will be sent out on 11/17/ Contacted customer service representative on 11/18/because I have yet to received the gift card but was told that it was denied Customer Service told me that my order was placed in my sister in law's name, but was under my account with my credit card Therefore, they cannot guarantee a gift card Had my sister in law call in customer service with me to explain the situation That it was two different order placed by two different people, using two different credit card, mail to two different location The name might be due to previous online purchase for my sister in law's present The customer service representative then told us that they will submit the request and it will take 7-day

Neiman Marcus don't want to return the balance after cancel my orders
I placed five order online (https://www.neimanmarcus.com) on Feb 27, On the next day, I found all of these orders were canceledThe representative told me that the balance will not be returned back to the original gift card, and a new gift card will be sent to the billing addressBut my billing address is set to an address from China (because I want to use my credit card from China), so they cannot mail it oversea
I contact them about this problem, but they refused to give a solutionI think they can either credit the balance back to the original gift card or mail the new gift cards to my billing address in US (I have been living in my current address for more than one and a half years)But they refused to do either
