The gift with purchase (a face cream) I received from my online purchase has expiredMy local store (Chicago) refused to exchange the product
I recently placed an order on line (#WNXXXXXXXXXXX), which came with a 15ml La Mer soft cream (retails for $85)However, according to the batch code(A64), the cream was manufactured in June 2014, and was expired in June (I confirmed this information with La Mer customer service)
I brought the cream to the NM store in ChicagoThe customer service representative refused to exchange the cream for meHe said the cream is a gift, and a gift has no value
This is ridiculous because he was thinking that it was OK to send customers expired items (which may cause allergy and skin problems) as gifts and not disclose it!

I'm writing this email to complain about the whole process about my order WNXXXXXXXXXX and another order I placed in Bergdorf Goodman WBXXXXXXXXXXI returned the whole order in Neiman Marcus right in the store at Natick Boston, and the receipt I got also declared that the items are all within WNXXXXXXXXXXHowever when I check the order status, I found this item Home Changer with Mattress was not canceled, and noticed that the same item was canceled in the order I newly placed in Bergdorf Goodman, which was qualified for a Gift Card (I canceled the order from neiman and placed the same order in BG for this GC promotion), now because that returned order was wrongly counted to Bergdorf Goodman, I'm now only qualified for a Gift Card rather than I've called about this one month ago, last representative said she has taken care of this and took a note for the order also sent a note to your marketing team mentioning I'm still qua
