We have agreed to buyback this consumer's dishwasher.  The consumer has now received her check and we have picked up her faulty dishwasher.

We have reviewed the consumer's response and our position remains unchanged. Because of the consumer's threat to our technician he will remain on our "do not service" list. We have listened to recorded calls that reinforce our position.  Since the dryer is under warranty we have offered to let...

the consumer find someone locally to repair and we would reimburse that expense. To further speed the process we also offered to expedite any needed parts once diagnosed. The consumer has rejected our offer.

I have reviewed the response made by GE Appliance in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. A water heater was delivered and is expected to be installed before the end of June. After it is uncrated, inspected and determined to be in compliance with what GE said it would send, then, and only then would this be a satisfactory resolution.

Thank-you for the opportunity to review this consumer’s situation.   A service call was scheduled for the consumer for 3/14/16.  Our consumer relations department waived the consumer's $99.95 home call charge even though the unit was a year and a half outside our 1 year manufacturer's...

The consumer has replaced the washer and the local dealer is working with in on a refund/return of the original unit.
