Review: I paid a settlement to this organization for [redacted] in the year 2011. In may of 2013, the same collection was reinserted.

How can a collection that was paid TWO YEARS AGO, be reinserted as a collection to the CRA'S? There is NOTHING TO COLLECT ON, as it has been settled. I was issued a 1099 Form. Unfortunately, I was denied a loan due to RECENT COLLECTION, and Stellar's added collection was, in fact, added. When collections are added, fico deducts points and this left me below the standard requirement for this loan.

For my trouble, I would like this collection REMOVED and the prior collection (from 2011) REMOVED.Desired Settlement: Remove this collection (2013) and the collection from (2011). That's the least Stellar can do for the aggravation they caused me.

Response:

Stellar Recovery is in receipt of a complaint filed by [redacted]. On 04-26-2011 We did purchase a file from [redacted] Bank in the name of [redacted]. We agreed to settle this account for less than the balance and the agreed upon payment was received on 05-16-2011. We closed the file on that date as settled in full and we did 1099 the consumer for the tax year of 2011. We show that this account was never reported to the Credit Reporting Agency, and there has been no activity since the file was closed as settled in full. We have checked our records and find no other file in our office for this consumer. We verified with the credit reporting agency that this file is not being reported by Stellar. There was a copy of the credit report pulled in 2011 for the purposes of collection information which is admissible under the FCRA, this would cause an inquiry made on her credit, this cannot be deleted. The orginal creditor would be listed on her credit as a charge off file and would show the file was sold to another creditor, this is not our filing to the credit bureaus and we have no control over this filing with them. The file has been closed has settled since the date of payment was made.

Review: Well, I tried to contact Stellar Recovery twice. They did send me a link with information about a debt that they claim I owe. In order to actually get to the information I have to put in a zipcode & I tried using both places I lived at. I still can't get the information to dispute it. I never heard of this company until I got something on my credit report about a debt that is over $1,000. I am unaware of how to get this debt off my credit report, but I refuse to pay a debt that is not mine and I also don't want it taken out of my wages.Desired Settlement: I just want it off my credit report.

Stellar Recovery is in receipt of a complaint filed by [redacted]. Our records indicate that we did receive a Comcast file in our office on 10-30-2014 for a [redacted] (SS# ending in [redacted]) for services at [redacted] in the amount of $1147.05. ($560.00 of this bill is unreturned equipment to Comcast.) We show that we did receive an E-Mail inquiry from the consumer on 02-06-2014, requesting contact information for Stellar. We show a placement letter was sent to the E-Mail address of [redacted]. The consumer indicated in the Revdex.com complaint that " this is not mine." We have, for that reason, closed the file as disputed and will return the file to Comcast as disputed. For purposes of verification, we have requested and received validation documents for this file. We have mailed these documents to the consumer for review. The consumer is welcome to contact our office by E-Mail to [redacted] or call [redacted] at [redacted], ext [redacted] with any questions. The consumer is also welcome to contact Comcast reqarding account # [redacted] at [redacted]. Again, we have closed this file as disputed and have returned the file to Comcast as disputed. We have also ordered deletion of the credit reporting, our confirmation # for deletion is [redacted] and is dated 02-16-2015.

Review: I checked my credit report and discovered that Stellar Recovery has listed a collection account in my name. I have no idea what this is for, and want the account closed immediately. They have not reached out and has no verified the company & amount.Desired Settlement: I want this collection account removed from all three credit reports.

Stellar Recovery is in receipt of a complaint filed by [redacted]. Our records indicate that we did receive a file in the name of [redacted] from [redacted] on 10-13-2014 for services at [redacted]. We show we mailed a demand letter to this address on 10-14-2014. Our records show that we attempted to call on this file but no contact is documented with the consumer. On 05-18-2015, we were notified by [redacted] of a payment made directly to them on this file and the file was closed as paid in full and reported as such to all the credit reporting agencies. Because Mr. [redacted] appears to not have been aware of the file going to collection, we have ordered deletion as the file has been paid in full. Confirmation for the deletion is [redacted], please allow time for the credit reporting agencies to process this deletion request. We have also mailed a paid in full letter to the consumer at the address on [redacted] in [redacted].

Revdex.com,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Regards,

Ms. [redacted]

This company has been harassing me on and off for the past couple years. They are incompetent and apparently some departments do not know what the others are doing. My name is constantly being mixed with some other individual who is behind on credit card payments. I am sick of being presumed being the individual they seek (and having to prove my innocence).

Review: My first indication of an account with Stellar Recovery came only after seeing a "DEROGATORY PUBLIC RECORD OR COLLECTION FILED" note on my FICO score. I was not notified by Stellar Recovery before they reported my account to the credit reporting agencies. This violates my rights under the FCRA. Once I contacted them I was told I had an account in collection for $164. I paid the collection amount in full.Desired Settlement: I want Stellar Recovery to remove all negative reporting from all credit reporting agencies that were reported to.

Response:

Stellar Recovery is in receipt of an inquiry made by [redacted]. Our records indicate that on 11-3-2014, we did receive a past due billing from [redacted] for Services for [redacted] at [redacted]. We do show that on 01-06-2015, we spoke with the consumer and he indicated that he had not been notified of this past due billing although we do show that a final billing was sent to the consumer by [redacted] that clearly states that non-payment of the final billing could "include collection and reflect with negative reporting to a credit reporting agency." The agent, and later a manager did explain that Stellar Recovery does not have a "pay to delete" policy but that the credit reporting agencies would be notified and reported as paid in full, which it was on 01-20-2015. For the purpose of customer relations, we have ordered a manual AUD deletion for this file, dated 02-11-2015, confirmation # for the deletion is [redacted]. The file is paid in full and deletion has been ordered for the consumer.

Response:

Stellar Recovery has received an inquiry by [redacted]. On 11-07-2014, our office did receive a past due billing from [redacted] for a [redacted] for services at [redacted]. Our records indicate that we have not spoken directly with the consumer but we did receive an email from the consumer on 11-14-2014 which said "massive mistake for you in Montana...your file [redacted]......will not work for you." Although we did not really understand this message, the file was closed as disputed and returned to [redacted] on that date. The file is still closed and returned to [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] is welcome to discuss his concerns with [redacted] at 800-[redacted].

Review: I received a few calls from phone number [redacted]. When I picked up, there was silence and no recording. I found out only from a credit agency that I had a collection against me from Comcast through Stellar Recovery. I was never contacted by the company itself. They told me that they had only tried calling twice about the collection before it was filed with the credit bureaus, but today on the third time they called and I called back and spoke to a representative, she said they were aware of technical difficulties of their system not playing the recording on phone calls. I think that this is an attempt to defraud the public, and this is very suspicious activity.Desired Settlement: I paid my bill with Comcast, and they were made aware of the issue that I never received a bill from them nor did I ever hear from the collection agency prior to the hit against my credit.

I also want Stellar Recovery to fix their system so that there are messages that play rather than silence when someone picks up a call from this number. Especially considering that even their employees are aware of this issue. Otherwise, I think the company is setting themselves up for a class action lawsuit and fines for fraudulent business practices. Someone needs to legally investigate this company STAT.

Another thing that would probably help your business is training your representatives to be courteous rather than hostile, and to not hang up on someone who is trying to resolve an issue.

Response:

Stellar Recovery is in receipt of a complaint filed by [redacted]. Our records do show that a small balance account from Comcast was placed into our office for services in the name of [redacted] at an address of [redacted] on 9-28-2015. A total of 3 calls were made on this file, 2 were not connected and one we spoke with the consumer today. We listened to the entire call, the consumer indicated to our agent that she had just gotten a call and there was no one there to answer, the agent "apologized and indicated that there may have been some technical difficulties. Consumer then advised that she saw this on her credit and she called and paid the amount 2 days ago directly to Comcast, the agent said that was fine and her account would be updated as paid in full within 5-7 days. The consumer then said that Comcast indicated that this would be taken off her credit, the agent explained that we would report the file as paid in full, it would not be taken off or deleted until or unless Comcast requested us to do that but would note this on the file. The consumer then advised the agent that she will "sue if it is not removed because she was never contacted before reporting." The agent again, explained the number of calls made in an attempt to make contact with the consumer. Ms. [redacted] then indicated that no messages were left when we called, the agent again explained we do not have a requirement to leave a message. (In fact, our policy is to not leave a message unless or until we verify that the phone number we are calling is actually a contact number for the consumer.) Consumer then advised this "is a scam, so you add on charges and late fees." The agent advised that we do not add on any fees. The consumer then advises that she will make contact with the Revdex.com about "you guys calling me." The call ended, but the agent did not hang up, both the consumer and agent said salutations before the call ended. We understand that Ms. [redacted] seems upset that this has been placed on her credit, we have put the file on hold and have reached out to Comcast for verify with them that their agent said this would be removed once it was paid. The credit reporting has been ordered deleted by Stellar while we attempt to verify the information. We do not believe the agent was rude on the call, she was attempting to politely answer the many questions and threatening statements made by the consumer, and did not hung up on the consumer. Our telephonic system is very advanced and we do apologize if there were any technical issues when the calls were made, we process thousands of inbound calls successfully each day. Again, we have deleted the credit reporting on this file and will hold the file until we are notified by Comcast on the payment made to them according to Ms. [redacted].

Review: They reported a $33 bill to my credit. They have never sent me a letter to notify of the debt as required by law. I was not provided to opportunity to dispute the debt within 30 days as required by law. they have never attempted to call me. I only learned of the collection while in the process of buying a home.Desired Settlement: Delete negative report from my credit file.

Response:

Stellar Recovery is in receipt of an inquiry submitted by [redacted]. Our investigation indicates that we did receive an outstanding Invoice due to Dish Network from 2010 for a [redacted] for services at an address of [redacted] on 4-10-2013. We also show that a demand letter containing validation language was mailed to the address provided on 4-24-2013, we show no contact was made with the consumer until 6-09-2015 when she called into our office. The consumer told the agent she had not received any notice regarding this debt, indicated that she would pay if we would agree to deletion of the credit reporting, the agent told the consumer that our company policy was not to "Pay to Delete" We also show we spoke with the consumer ask for a manager on 06-09-2015 and the manager also informed the consumer that when the file was paid it would be reporting and updated as paid in full to all credit reporting agencies but we would not delete the reporting, which is our policy, per our client. Based on the Revdex.com complaint, we have determined that the consumer may be disputing this charge and as a result , we have closed the file as disputed and will return the file to our client with that information. We have also deletion of the file to all credit reporting agencies, our confirmation for this deletion is dated 06-12-2015 and is # [redacted]. The consumer is welcome to discuss this file directly with Dish Network in the future, the original account number with Dish Network is [redacted]. Again, the file has been closed and returned to Dish Network and Credit Reporting has been deleted.

Review: I have no contractual obligation with this company, as no intent exists to do business with them. They are using false, misleading and deceptive attempts to collect an alleged debt (which is a violation of Federal Law).Desired Settlement: Cease and desist all collection activity, including any credit bureau reporting.

Response:

Stellar Recovery is in receipt of an inquiry submitted by [redacted]. Our records indicate that we did receive a file from Comcast for Services for [redacted] at [redacted] , with a billing address provided as [redacted]. We further show a demand letter was mailed to the consumer on 1-25-2014 to the address of record. We show no contact was made with this consumer and our client recalled the file from our office on 12-2-2014 and the file was closed and all credit reporting was ordered deleted upon the recall of the file. We no longer have an open file for this consumer, if the consumer has any questions regarding this file, she is welcome to contact Comcast, the original account number was [redacted]. We have also ordered a manual deletion request with the credit bureaus in case of any errors in the original deletion request.

Review: Stellar recovery,Inc reported a debt to the credit reporting companies in the beginning of January but did not send me a letter of the debt until February 5, they are required by law to inform me of the debt and give me 30 days to acknowledge the debt or dispute it before they report to credit reporting agencies.Desired Settlement: Desired outcome is to remove debt from credit reporting agencies immediately, and wait until the 30 days are up to report and arrange payment for debt to be paid in full

Response:

Stellar Recovery has received a complaint filed by [redacted]. Our records indicate that on 10-11-2014, our office did receive a past due billing from Comcast in the name of [redacted] for Services at [redacted]. Our records further indicate that communication was made on 02-04-2015 regarding this file and the consumer ask our agent several questions regarding the reporting and how settling the file or paying the file in full would deal with her credit profile and score, she was advised to ask the credit reporting agencies. Under the FDCPA, we are required to send out a validation demand letter which we did on 2-4-2015. Under the FCRA, Stellar Recovery is a Data Furnisher only and not required to send notification on reporting, this would be the responsiblity of the original creditor which Comcast does state on the final past due billing or invoice. We have determined that the consumer is more concerned with the reporting than the debt and we have closed the file in our office, and ordered deletion of the credit reporting. This consumer is welcome to contact Comcast directly to deal with the debt, the original account number she can refer to [redacted]. We have closed this file and ordered deletion.

Review: They have sent me a bill stating that I owe [redacted] money. First the link within the email didn't work, but now it does. Now I cannot get them to email me back, as I dispute this bill/collection from [redacted]. They do not respond to any emails, so I'm not sure as how to dispute this?Desired Settlement: I want this collection off of my credit report. I want this dispute settled and for them to answer their emails requesting more info.

Response:

Stellar Recovery is in receipt of a complaint filed by [redacted]. On 06-03-2013, [redacted] did forward a past due billing for services at [redacted]. We attempted to make contact by phone, on 06-28-2013, the person who answered the phone of ###-###-#### notified our office that we were calling the wrong number. We note that the same phone was listed as a Daytime phone for the consumer on this complaint. On 08-24-2013, we also sent out a demand letter via e mail, this letter included the validation notice and dispute notice under the FDCPA. On Aug 24-2013, we did receive an e mail reply saying "fyi...your info doesnt work that you provided." there are clear instructions on the account and password for these letters to be opened. We also show on Aug 26th we received an email and again on August 27. Our web site clearly indicates that we will try and respond to e mails within a 48 hour period for dispute resolution purposes. We did receive the e mail from August 27th, that indicated the file was disputed and we reviewed the file and closed it as disputed and returned it to our client. On August 29th we received another e mail that said " you have e mailed me a bill that I dispute. I have asked Stellar Recovery twice to contact me, but I have not received a response. If I dont hear from anyone by Tuesday, I will be calling the [redacted] and the Revdex.com." On Aug 29th, I did respond - "Based on your e mail response, we closed the file as disputed, returned it our Client [redacted] and have requested Deletion of the Credit Reporting." We have received two additional e mails today asking about the fact that the file is still open on our Web site? The file is not on our web site and has never been, we responded again. Clearly, Ms. [redacted] is disputing this account, we closed the file when notified of this dispute, we have requested deletion of the credit reporting and we have returned to the file to our client. Ms. [redacted] can deal directly with [redacted] in regards to this file in the future.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have never stated that [redacted] is the wrong number to call and have never talked to this Stellar Recovery until they sent me the attached email. When I stated that the "hyperlink" within their email didn't work, it was because when I entered my last name and zip code it would not open and keep staying that I was entering bad info. Emailed them on Aug 24 and didn't hear back from them until Aug. 29th when I stated that I was contacting the Revdex.com and Kansas Attorney General's office. That is more than 48 hours. Please see the attached email for all the correspondence that has been sent and received. I want this dispute closed and this incorrect info removed from my credit report which was supposed to be handled by Stellar, not me contacting [redacted].

Business

Response:

Review: This Collection agency is representing Comcast. When I cancelled my service, I returned all equipment and requested a final bill. Comcast failed to provide. Stellar placed this collection in my credit report without providing a letter (as required by law) indicating the charges and explaining my consumer rights. I am happy to pay any balance I may owe however I need a detailed bill as well as a letter from the collection agency as well as removed from my credit report immediately as my consumer rights have been violated.Desired Settlement: I need a detailed bill as well as a letter from the collection agency as well as removed from my credit report immediately as my consumer rights have been violated nor was I granted or allowed DUE PROCESS.

Stellar Recovery is in receipt of a complaint filed by [redacted]. Our records indicate that we did receive a Comcast file on 10-06-2014 for a [redacted] for services at [redacted]. A Demand letter with proper notifications was sent on this file to the [redacted] on 10-7-2014. Based on this complaint, we did request copies from Comcast on final billing for the consumer. We have mailed these documents and a letter from Stellar Recovery to the address given on the Revdex.com complaint on [redacted]. We also have enclosed a billing notification schedule that shows the final billing from Comcast was mailed by them to the new billing address on [redacted] and mailed on 8-24-2014, 09-11-2014 and 10-01-2014. These statements appear to validate the balance due to Comcast for the services at [redacted]. We have placed this file on hold and ask for credit reporting deletion during the validation period. The consumer is welcome to review the statements we mailed today and is welcome to contact either Stellar or Comcast regarding this file.

Review: Company is calling the wrong person to collect debt.

Company calls my home number two to three times weekly asking to speak to [redacted]. I have asked company not to call my phone number because this is not the correct number for this person. I don't know [redacted]. They ignore my request and continue to call. It is a form of harrasment and I want it to stop.Desired Settlement: Stop calling my phone number, ###-###-####.

Business

Response:

Stellar Recovery is in receipt of a complaint filed by [redacted]. The phone number ###-###-#### was a contact number supplied by a client, this phone was removed from our system on 05-21-2013 when notified we were calling a wrong number. We have placed this phone number in our "do no call" list, this will prevent the number from being called in the future. We apologize for the wrong number calls.

I got an automated call from this company. Once I answered, they stated that all agents were busy. I called that number (from Providence, RI) back, and was hung up on after same message. I called national number and was told that they were looking for someone I had never heard of. The employee who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. I wish I could do something about this, it seems so unfair.

Response:

Stellar Recovery is in receipt of a complaint filed by [redacted]. Stellar Recovery did receive a [redacted] file in the name of [redacted] on 01-22-2014 for services with an address provided as [redacted]. We do show that 2 letters were mailed to the address on 2-4-2014 and 08-07-2014 but do not show any communication with the consumer regarding this file until we received the Revdex.com complaint on 09-11-2014. We have closed the file in our office and have returned the file to [redacted] as disputed and have provided them the information regarding the dispute with consumer based on the Revdex.com complaint. All Credit reporting has been ordered deleted on this matter. [redacted] is welcome to communicate directly with [redacted] regarding future disputes regarding this account. The file has been closed and returned to [redacted] as disputed.

Review: I've owed (without any knowledge) Comcast, a bill totaling to the amount of $567.00 for the past 5 years. How does that happen? You would think, in the past 5 years, I would have gotten some sort of notification, but not in this case. Usually collection agencies are relentlessly calling day and night trying to collect a debt. Never in those five years have I got an email, phone call, text, letter or anything. My contact information has stayed relatively the same, I'm not very hard to find, I wasn't trying to hide. Luckily for me, I called my credit card asking to increase my limit but was denied because of this unfortunate situation.

After discussing my situation with one of your reps, she lowered my balance by a couple of dollars, nothing to write home about, but I believe that this collection should be taken off my account completely due to a substantial error by Stellar Recovery Inc. As far as I'm concerned, they don't do very Stellar work. The rep informed me that the reason why no one was contacting me for so long is that they've been trying to contact the wrong number, the number they've be using is off by one number. So my credit score has been getting [redacted] on for the past 5 years because Stellar cannot do the only job its supposed to do.Desired Settlement: I respectably ask that my balance be cleared.

Review: Hi I recently checked my credit and noticed this company has reported a collection. I have NEVER received a phone call or direct mail stating I have a collections with this company. This is NOT the first time I have tried contacting them. I have called there number and it went to a voice mail that was full after several rings. I have also emailed them about the account. It has been 4 business days since the email has been sent.Desired Settlement: I demand the account be removed from my credit and information sent to my address. If the account is not removed from my credit I will push for legal action due to the account being opened and no information sent for me to dispute the account within 30 days as the law states.

Stellar

Recovery is in receipt of a complaint filed by [redacted]. Our records

indicate that we did receive a Comcast account in our office on 6-3-205 for a [redacted] for Services at [redacted]. Our

records indicate that the account in our office from Comcast was placed with a

delinquency date of 3-4-2014. Our investigation shows the account was disputed

by Ms. [redacted] on 7-8-2015, two days later the account was paid in full directly

to the client Comcast. Our investigations show Ms. [redacted]s made a Revdex.com complaint

on 7-21-2015. On 7-21-2015 Stellar submitted deletion of the account to the

credit reporting agencies, control number [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] will need to

contact the credit reporting agencies regarding why the account was not removed

from her credit. Stellar has submitted a second request for deletion of the

account to the credit reporting agencies on 3-9-2016.

Review: I issued a payment to pay down the balance of a delinquent [redacted] account to Stellar Recovery on 10/30/2013 via my web bill payment service with my current bank. On 11/2/2013, I called the collection agency to let them know I mailed them a payment and they told me they no longer were servicing the account. The collections representative told me at that time the original creditor recalled the account. I asked them what would happen with my payment, they told me that it would be forwarded to the original creditor. I called on 11/10/2013 when the payment wasn't cashed and was told by another representative that the payment was received on 11/4/2013 and forwarded to the original creditor. On 11/21/2013, the payment was cashed from my account. I called immediately and spoke with a supervisor on this date to advise them that they had no right to cash that check because they no longer held the account. I spoke w/ 2 supervisors on 11/21/2013 and was asked to send them a copy of the canceled check and the subsequent withdrawal from my checking account. I did so and [redacted], my web bill payment service through the bank did so as well. To date 12/3/2013, this company has not done anything but tell me they will email payment processing to find out the status of the payment. They haven't credited my balance for the amount paid, refused to refund me the money to pay to the new collection agency, and have not returned any of my follow up phone calls. I have called them every business day since 11/21/2013 with no resolution. They keep forwarding me to a company called [redacted] saying that they will be the ones who receive the payment once it is forwarded, but the new collection agency is called [redacted] so I fear that this money will be forever tied up in someone's system. I just want to be reimbursed so I can pay off the original account. I have been told that the VP of operations has denied my requests for refunds but has offered no solution to resolve this. Please help!!!Desired Settlement: I want to have the $100.00 refunded back to me so that I can pay [redacted] directly. I don't want them transferring funds to a company that I have no business with because I can handly my own financial affairs. I also want to be refunded for the $37.00 NSF fee because they held on to the check for 3 weeks after receiving it, only to never send it to the correct location. There are numerous records of my many phone calls regarding this matter in my attempt to resolve it amicably.

Response:

Stellar Recovery is in receipt of a complaint filed by [redacted]. On 04-09-2013, Stellar Recovery purchased a file that originally was a [redacted] Deposit account, we continue to own this file. Stellar Recovery collections division did have this file and attempted collections on the file until it was recalled on 11-2-2013. We did receive a call from the consumer on 10-25-2013 indicating that she would be sending a payment on the file, the file was closed and recalled 2 days prior to the first payment being received in the amount of $100.00. The file was forwarded to another collection entity and we attempted to have the file brought back to Stellar but contact had been made and our agreement made the transfer back not possible. On 11-20, the check was deposited in our trust account. Because we still own the file, the policy to inform the new agency of the payment when received by Stellar or Fifth Third Bank and the new agency receives a "direct Payment" notification every 30 days. Again, Stellar Recovery still owns this file and the payment notification has or will be made to the new collection agency that is currently collecting on the file. If Ms. [redacted] has additional questions, she is welcome to contact me directly, [redacted] at ###-###-####, ext [redacted].

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

This payment was received on November 4, 2013. Two days after it was transferred out and/or recalled. It was then cashed almost three weeks after the account was already transferred to another company! If the policy is to notify the new company of payment within 30 days, then 30 days has already passed without any resolution as of 12/4/13. I have been told by several "managers" that they have no idea when the payment will be credited. Despite all the several conflicting opinions on what will happen, it should have happened already. Please refund my money so I can handle this with the appropriate collection agency. I need to have this resolved. Stellar Recovery is illegally holding my money!

Review: Review: As part of an effort to collect a debt on behalf of [redacted] , Stellar Recovery reported a debt to the credit reporting agencies in July of this year. The debt is in the amount of $1603.00. I have never received any notices prior to this and was not notified before they reported to the credit bureaus. I do not have any knowledge of this account. This debt is not mine. I would like it removed from all three of the bureaus immediately.Desired Settlement: Confirmation that this is not my debt and removal from all three credit reporting bureaus immediately.

On 07-11-2014, our office did receive a past due billing from [redacted] in the name of [redacted] (ss# ending in [redacted]) listed to the address given as her address to the Revdex.com at [redacted]. The file shows that the original creditor was "[redacted]" and the file was purchased by [redacted] and was charged off on 1-17-2013. We do show a letter was sent to the address on file on 07-13-2014. We also have the phone number listed on the Revdex.com complaint and have attempted to make phone contact since the placement of the file in our office. We show no contact has been made with the consumer. Based on the Revdex.com complaint, we have closed the file as disputed and will return the file to our client. Credit reporting be deleted on this file to all credit reporting agencies. Stellar Recovery will cease any additional collection effort, but [redacted] may continue to attempt collections on this purchased file.
