I am rejecting this business comments because again they have offered no solution to the myriad of complaints. The fact the items did not arrived within the guarenteed arrival date (Mother's Day) and the cash, delivery and return shipping charges have not been credited to my account. They have simply offered no resolution to what I feel is failure on  their part to deliver the items in a timely manner.

Ms. [redacted] order shipped out on September 22, 2014.  The order was returned on November 29, 2014 which exceeded the return policy.  Especially Yours apparel can be exchanged for 45 days and returned for a refund for 30 days.  Ms. [redacted] contacted us on November 4, 2014 and again on...

November 11, 2014 and was informed of the Return and Exchange policy for apparel items.  The $64.98 was not put on her account as a credit at any point in time.  Ms. [redacted] items were donated to charity, per our return and exchange policy, because the items were received 68 days after they were received.  As a one time courtesy we will give Ms. [redacted] a credit of $64.98 to be used on any future purchase.

We received Ms. [redacted] item back in poor condition.  As a one time courtesy, we issued her a refund check in the amount of $39.99 on 11/07/15.

We will be happy to replace the two wigs that Ms. [redacted] is referring to in her summary.  Please send them back and we will process an exchange.  Thanks.
