Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: USAA has done nothing to valid any of the information I previously statedYes, my policy was canceled because of none payment but I was given the incorrect date by there employee, I know they have a record of that MSR accessing my details on the day I called inThe same thing with my policy and coverage on my watchI asked USAA to give me the MSR name who established my policy the company refusedThat watch has always been covered under USAAI have never had just auto and renters insurance, it's always been all three types of coverageThe company is also not addressing the fact that they forced me start a new policy under my husband and I had my owe Eligible through the companyThat MSR refused to sit up a policy under my informationI never requested her to set up a policy under my husbandI know they can see that MSR accessed my information to look at all the details showing what I had previously had as coverageThe MSR even read off what she was going to be adding to policyBut none of this was doneUSAA is refusing to do anything because that MSR is a contractor and not a internal USAA employee which means this Contractor also means USAA has limited information about what was even doneEither way I was under insured by USAA because they knew about all my belongingsStill no one can tell me why it was not done when it was requestedThey only thing they can tell me is they don't have access to the recorded calls after three months, which is not my issue its there'sThey need to do the right thing about this situation because there is no way in the world I would have coverage of all my valuables for over plus yrs then all of a sudden not request coverage anymoreThen make a claim on a item knowing I don't have coverageThat just doesn't make scents and they are not taking any of that into consideration [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have filed this complaint originally for the way USAA is handling my claim and the delay tactics used I have made a multitude of requests asking for forms explanations etcand I have even submitted a signed release for BI Claim only (per arranged term) a week ago and still have not received a responseThis is further illustrating USAA's delay tactics BOI is not involved in this complaint with Revdex.com Regards, [redacted]
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:In USAA's response to my complaint it was stated:1. "...The photos and report provided by Lonestar Roofing, our Preferred Direct Repair Provider (PDRP), prior to their repairs confirmed the fence was already leaning before work took place."My response: The fence was leaning because it was damaged in the storm.2. "The PDRP also re-inspected the fence after it was reported as fallen, and showed there were broken posts with significant rot damage. They also identified that the fence was improperly constructed, as it was built with landscape timbers instead of 4x4 posts, and the additional damage was not the same area previously repaired."My response: A detailed assessment was made regarding the damages to my property after the storm. Rot damage and improper construction was not annotated in the original assessment. Additionally, Lonestar did repair some posts and they used the same material used in the original construction. If the previous construction was inadequate then Lonestar should not have repeated the same mistake. My complaint states that either the assessment or the repairs were not done properly. Due to the improper assessment/repair, I now have a fence that is in worse condition than it was after the storm damage. I believe 'additional damage' USAA is referring to was present during the original assessment and if that assessment would have been done more thoroughly then it would have been captured in the repairs and I would not have a fence section being held with a temporary fix (previously fallen to the ground as shown in the attached picture) and another section dramatically leaning more so than it was before the storm.A picture of my fence that was taken on 25Jul2016, about one month after LoneStar Roofing repaired my fence, is attached to this message. I don't think it is reasonable for any insurance company to presume that a customer should accept this as an adequate assessment and repair. Regards, [redacted] ***
