infestations are immediately identified and returned without service to prevent contamination of our service facility. Our PlayStation certified technicians are qualified and provided the autonomy to determine qualification for service as outlined in the terms of service. Infested PlayStations are disqualified from future service.

May 8, 2017:  SIEA offered to meet the consumer half way with an accommodation.  She declined the offer.  There is no evidence to substantiate her claim and we are doing this in good faith. 
 
May 16, 2017: The consumer missed the cut off date to redeem the voucher.  SIEA offered a goodwill gesture which she declined and asked for three times more than was offered.  We will not be able to honor her request.

The last message/responce I sent about my tv.
The issues I had mentioned about my tv in my last message/responce was BEFORE I hooked the PSVR up.
The issues with my tv was happening way before I had even purchased the PSVR, the issues with my tv still going on after I hooked the PSVR up.
 
I do understand HDR passthrough (from your 1st responce) on the PSVR box does not work. PSVR (display) headset itself does not support 4k video and HDR formats.
On the side note. This next part does not apply to me. I don't even have a PS4 Pro.
The PSVR processer box does support 4K video passthrough from the PS4 Pro when the PSVR unit is turned off. This is the same link you left in the last 2 messages.

Don't forget the other issues I have with my tv are the light bleed, and bad ghosting/double images of 3D content.
Both of those issues alone has to be fix by a Sony Tech. in-house because its the hardware on the tv, not the software
