I went in for my consult & of course was told eveything I wanted to hear, I was a perfect candidate for the procedure, I was talked into 5 areas (Abs, Waist, Inner Thigh, Outer Thigh & knees. I put down my $1000 Deposit & financed the rest of the $ $9,152.83 on my Care Credit card. I went in & had my procedure & was told that the Dr. got it all done, come to find out she had not finished so I had to do it all over again with the outer thighs. After going thru one of the most excruciatingly painful experiences, not once but twice, & then going in for the Venus treatments, also very very painful, I went in for my 3 month check, and there were absolutely NO results, they looked at the pictures and measured me and checked my chart to see what I started at, there was NO results, I was left in my room for over 15 minutes they finally sent in the Practice Manager (Mia R), we spoke & I told her I would give the whole 6 months & see where I am at, at my next appointment. The Practice manager kept telling me that "They would make it right", even after I made it VERY clear that I would NOT do any of it again, she even wrote this in my chart. As I was leaving, I asked the practice manager how they would make it right if I would not do any of it again, she said "Don't worry, we will make it right". I did everything I was told to do & I was praying at my 6 month that things would be very different, they were not, all I got from Sonobello was 12 scars and a divot in my right outer thigh. The doctor and the practice manager came in after my pictures were taken and I guess they reviewed them at length, because once again I was left in the room for a good 15-20 minutes. I was told that the only things they could do for me was "More Venus Treatments or a Fat Transfer". The fact that it is written in my chart that I was not doing any of this again, & being told not to worry they would still make it right, nothing was done, only the offer listed above. I am so disappointed!

I had a procedure done on 3-1-2018. The surgeon was Dr. Robert S. He injured me during the procedure causing a 6-8 inch permanent indentation in my right leg, leaving me looking deformed. I look far worse as a result of his carelessness. I have endured physical as well as psychological pain and suffering and both the surgeon and the practice seem to have little regard for what they have caused me. After seeking consultation from other surgeons it has been made clear that as a result of Sono Bello's actions my leg will never appear normal again. I am deeply disturbed by this along with the fact that the company is completely blowing off my concerns and my request for a refund. It has been almost 9 months and things have not been resolved or tended to in any way. I have photos to illustrate the severity of my injuries if necessary.

I was strongly encouraged to put down a large down payment of ($900) on a in-house procedure (tummy tuck minimum) on 10/25/18. I met with a consultant Ms. A at the Silver Spring location. Ms. A schedule me with a Dr. M at the Tyson's Corner location for pre-op instructions on 11/1/18. When I met with Dr. M he re-stated that what I wanted the tummy tuck minimum, but this procedure would not be good for me, that what I need is a tummy tuck maximum and that I would be pleased after the procedure. He stated very sternly that I need a tummy tuck maximum performed by a board certified Plastic surgeon and to be done in a hospital. He stated several times that he does not do this type of work and he could not perform this service at the Tyson's Corner location where the procedure was to be held.
I called Ms. A at the Sono Bello Silver Spring to get my refund on 11/2/18. Instead she encouraged me to speak to the veteran Dr. M and that it would be very difficult to get a refund. She went onto say that the notes from Dr. M states that he could perform the surgery but I stated "no". Ms. A scheduled a visit with Dr. M the following week, however on 11/7/18. I called again on 11/5/18 requesting a refund I stated that I do not want to meet with Dr. M. Ms. A stated that it may be very hard to get a refund and that I may not even get half back, she stated that it would be very difficult as the contract states that after 7 days of making the down-payment the buyer loses half (but my meeting with Dr. M was not scheduled before the 7 days, it was scheduled at the 7 day mark!), and after 14 days that I would lose the entire deposit, she went on to say that I need to come in person, back to the office on November 5, 2018 and fill out some forms to get my refund, I called 11/7/18 regarding the status and Ms. A assistant says to it will take 7 to 10 business days to get word back.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. Prior to accepting money all of our patients sign a very informative financial agreement that lines out a patients financial obligations. That agreement in bold and highlighted language states there is a non-refundable fee for booking your surgical procedure. As a customer service gesture we have refunded deposit. Sono Bello did Liposuction on me in I believe May of 2018. I was pressured and not given time to think about the decision to go through with it or not. I was told if I cancelled even the same day I would be charged $1,000 fee for cancelling. So I did not wanna cancel due to me being charged that amount. I went through with the procedure and ended up gaining weight instead of losing like they said I would. They are very pushy and consistent with people getting this procedure. The after results are nothing I was promised they would be after 6 months. I now have to pay over $6,000 for what I thought would be a life changing procedure.

I am rejecting this response because: I was informed that I would be charged additional fees for any subsequent adjustments after my initial surgery. I do not wish to travel an hour away to potentially be told my only option is surgical adjustments that would yield the same unsatisfactory results. I cannot afford additional time off from work. The fact remains that from the initial consultation to post-surgery, I have been unhappy with the way Sonobello conducts business. I am seeking a full refund not only due to undesired results, but also for my time spent from the moment I walked in and spoke to their consultant and felt rushed into a decision. I feel that I received inadequate information regarding retraction of my initial deposit and payment agreement. I was led to believe I was locked in with no options.

I was charged an additional 1000 for my bra roll to be Liposuction
But It was not done. I have been complaining to them since the day of my procedure in Nov 2017 I have been getting the run around since. The office Manage Amanda G has told me she was going to make things right and get me a refund since I do not want to go through the procedure again. She has been telling me this since May 2018. I have met with her 3 times. The final time she made me meet with a Doctor who belittled me and made my self esteem even lower. This was in Aug. 2018. I requested my Medical records at this appointment ment. Amanda had me sign some papers. She said the will be maild to me. It is now Nov. 2018. I have yet to receive them. I have been calling every Monday and Friday trying to reach Amanda. Most of the time once they get my name they will put me on hold for 30 min then they will hang up on me. 2 of the times they took a message assured me Amanda will call me back but She never do. One time I was told they have no record of me requesting my medical records. I cry every time I look into the mirror. Its depressing and very stressful trying to get this company to do the right thing.

I went at Sono Bello Atlanta GA on Sept 06, 2018.
My first impression with Vanessa was great, even she was not a doctor.
But Vanessa forced me to buy completely $1700 the 8 Venus treatments.
I told her I cannot afford right now.
So, she told me ok and told me: "Ok give me $500".
I told her again I cannot. I can give you $100 and I contact the front desk for an appointment next month.
I accepted to try the Venus system to get back my abs.
It was not big deal (I am 5.5 for 139 lbs... for a man!)
But since October to get an appointment, impossible.
Impossible to talk with Vanessa.
The front desk, Fivy same thing.
I called but the phone # they gave me it is from Washington Dispatch!!
So, I asked to refund me. Now, NOBODY!
Now it is Nov 06, 2018 and I still waiting for my $100 refund.

IN FEBRUARY I WENT IN FOR CONSULTATION WITH LILIANA A, SHE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS THE PROCEDURE, THE COSTS, THE OUTCOME AND THE EXPECTATIONS. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE ASSURED OF THE EXPECTATIONS AND OUTCOME BY BOTH LILLIANA AND DR. B. I HAD A FEW PROCEDURES DONE AT TWO DIFFERENT DATES. 1ST PROCEDURE WAS ON MARCH 8TH A WEEK AFTER I WENT FOR FOLLOW UP AND INFORMED THE NURSE AND DR, I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH MY ARMS MY LEFT ARM IS BIGGER THAN MY RIGHT, I WAS TOLD IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE SWELLING AND IT WOULD GO TO NORMAL IN 3 MONTHS. SECOND SURGERY DATE WAS MARCH 23 I WENT IN AT 5.50AM HAD CONSULTATION WITH THE DR. AGAIN I TOLD HIM ABOUT MY ARMS NOT BEING THE SAME SIZE HE TOLD ME AFTER THE 6 MONTHS FOLLOW UP IT ITS STILL THE SAME MY SURGERY WOULD BE REDONE AT NO COST TO ME, BECAUSE MY HAPPINESS AND EXPECTATIONS ARE IMPORTANT. BECAUSE I AM THE SAME SIZE I WAS BEFORE SURGERY AND IF HE HAD TO REDO IT THEY WOULD HAVE TO CUT OFF THE SKINS ON MY ARM, BACK ROLLS, THIGHS, HIPS AND STOMACH AT ALL COSTS TO ME. I FEEL LIKE I WAS DUPED INTO PAYING 18000.00 AFTER BEING ASSURED THAT THEIR COMPANY WAS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY COMPANY. She met with her board certified plastic surgeon on 10/11/18 and in that meeting was given a plan of care by her Dr. and agreed to return to our clinic for a follow up appointment in January. A member of our staff reached out to *** schedule an appointment on 11/09/18. We were unsuccessful in reaching her and instead left a message. We will reach out again shortly or *** may call the clinic directly at (516) 406-3643. We would also like to state that Sono Bello does not touch up photos.
these are just a few photos of a few areas that was worked on and as you can see, its horrible and I gained weight instead of loosing any fat. No one reached out to ne to schedule any appointments. My arms one is igger than the other. I have been complaining about this particular area since the 1st surgery. I want my surgeries redone at a different location. From the very 1st day I visited this location in long island I have been having numerous issues with the staff and I have text messages where ive contacted Lilliana A regarding several complaints ive had with the staffs there. At the end of the day all I want is the satisfaction of the procedures I paid for and expected from the Dr. I was promised and assured of a better outcome than what am dealing with now. No one there cannot say that I have not been complaining about not having the outcome we all expected. Even the Dr. Stated there were no differences in my before and after photos. All I want is to get what I paid $18,000. for.

Breach of contract sonobello refusing to return 1000.00 cash DEPOSIT. procedure was cancelled immediately.Never saw a physician to okay medical clearance.Giving me the run around.
After reading this complaint, we believe there is some confusion. Our records indicate a check in the amount of $1,000.00 was issued on 10/19/18 and cashed by Ms. on 10/23/18. We can provide a copy of the signed check upon request and will reach out to Ms. shortly.
In March of 2019 I went to Sono Bello in Schaumburg, Il to get a consultation regarding plastic surgery. I wanted to finance the procedure. I was told to put a $580 deposit down and I was approved for $2500 financing. The procedure was $9000, and I needed additional financing. I was told to come back in July to run my credit again for more financing. I called back in July, now I’m told that I was denied financing and I can’t get my deposit back. I never received any services or ever saw a doctor. I’ve been calling them for months to resolve this issue and nothing has happened. Finally Shanna returned my call to tell me that if I want a procedure from them that I would have to pay cash and my deposit will not be returned. I informed the employee that I only put the deposit down for financing. So even though I was denied financing I can’t get my deposit back. Keep in mind that I was just recently informed that I was denied in August. This is so unfair and wrong. I no longer want a procedure from this company I just want my deposit back. This company took my money and is trying to force me into paying for a procedure with cash. Please help
Our patient signed a legal and binding contract and a consent forms explaining the procedure, financial obligations and the non-refundable $580.50 deposit that she put down for her procedure. Subsequently the patient chose to not move forward with her procedure with us and per the signed contract we retained the $580.50 deposit.
As a customer service gesture to resolve this dispute with her we have refunded her $580.50 deposit. We welcome you back to our center at any time if she should choose to move forward with having a procedure with us.
To whom it may concern;
On May 8,2018 I interviewed for peocedures at Sonobello. After the first interview, they asked for payment and began that process, $1000 at a time. Then I was taken for one more interview, where I was told my blood pressure was too high and they could not perform any procedures for me. But they continued to take money from my account for a total of $6376.00 over the next two days. Since then I've found I'm dealing with several physical issues, and Tawnee T requested a note from my doctor stating that I would not be able to use their services, before she would refund my money. I did provide that, but she said it's not enough. I have tried to communicate with her several times, and I have gotten only one response. Sonobello did nothing to earn my money.

I went to Sono Bello for body contouring as they advertised. I was rushed into applying for care credit which was nearly 7,000 service by Tara the sales girl. She is advertising that she has medical degree and it is no where to be found. 6/30/2018 I went in for Lipo-suction of the entire stomach area. It left me a huge roll across the top of my stomach. My stomach is resting on my lap! The free area was bra rolls that left me in pain and total discomfort. I am unable to wear normal fitting clothes. There is huge dents where the so called bra-roll was preformed
I have lost a substantial amount of income due to loss of work. I have been left disfigured , depressed , discomfort and still having pain.
I attempted to reach out to Sono Bello for an resolution. Dr R has treated me as though I was a drug seeking relative of his
He made light of my pain and discomfort.They have a different healing time each time I have reached out to them. This place is a total joke!
We are sorry you are frustrated with your recovery. Our recovery and comfort disclosures, instruction agreements, consents all attempt to line out the average patient experience. I am sorry that you felt those documents and our discussions weren't sufficient to properly prepare you. We have reviewed your file and note that you are still early in your recovery process. Healing does not happen asymmetrically and is unique to each body. With the recency of your procedure you are still in the active recovery phase. We have reviewed your photos and already see an exceptional result. Please schedule an appointment with our offices so we can continue to monitor your recovery process. If you dissatisfaction persists beyond the recovery phase know we will work with you to insure your satisfaction.
I canceled my procedure in the middle of July. They have not refunded this at all. I have called and emailed several times over the last 3 months. I have been continually told that it would be handled that day and never had been. Joanne told me several times she would call or email right after she refunded it, but never did. Now it is showing negatively on my credit report for not paying for this when the procedure was cancelled and I owe nothing.

I am rejecting this response because: it took 3 months for them to issue a refund. I cancelled the procedure within the allotted time to cancel and be issued a refund. The company refused to issue the refund in July when they were supposed to. Because of this, a late fee was charged from Aug through October as well as it being reported as late on my credit report. It was Sono Bellos fault that they did not issue the refund in a timely manner to avoid all of these problems. Even their email correspondence said they issued the wrong refund and that I was due a full refund and they did not correctly process it. Now they refuse to take responsibility for the problems caused because their company did not properly handle this.

Response: Per the financial agreement the patient signed no refund was due. We initially provided a partial refund and then a full refund as a customer service gesture. Again, no refund was due per the financial agreement the patient signed.

Response: The patient contracted for financing with a third party company and signed all disclosures and acknowledgement of charges and fees. Any concerns with the finance company the patient used is between them and the finance company in the same fashion that a car company is not liable for the relationship with the car buyers bank

I recently had surgery at SonoBello in Ft Lauderdale for my arms to get reduced, and reduction on my waist area as well. I been totally screwed for $4000.00 which has been my worst nightmare so far. I trusted this place hoping that my arms would get reduced, and after the surgery I didn't see not even 1% difference like nothing was ever done at all. I went back to request a refund but I was turned down of course. I never expected to get in debt for $4000.00 and not see a tiny result this has been the biggest waste of money. I was totally knocked out for 8 hours with heavy medication and everything was for nothing just to blow away my money. I was completely fooled by a sales rep since day one, that promised me results when they don't have what it takes to get the job done. I can provide massive pics before & after if needed, and the only difference now is that I have punctured holes in my body for nothing.

I am rejecting this response because: I look worse than before with no good results at all. My arms are still extremely thick with ugly wrinkles on my skin & punctured holes for nothing. I can't accept another surgery with heavy sedation, and suffer getting more holes with no results. I only want whats fair which is my complete refund due to false promises since day one. I should've never been accepted for surgery knowing that my body fat percentage wasn't good enough.

I came to Sonobello for liposuction. I signed documents and eventually given instructions in preparation for the surgery.
I gave all my medical records, as much as I could recall, and told the people that I would not continue with surgery
without the permission of my cardiologist and nephrologists’. This was one week before surgery. I called a few times and
there was no confirmation from either doctor.
With three days before surgery, I was told that the cardiologist said OK if I stop my Plavix and aspirin, I don’t think there was any information
from the nephrologists’ I had stopped the Plavix two weeks earlier for another reason,
I disclosed all medical information requested that I could remember. I never failed to comply with the Sonobello doctor,
I was never given any instructions, other than preparation for surgery.
Again, on the day of surgery, the doctor said, “you have to many health issues and I gave an oath, I might kill you”.
He made another comment saying I had “eight” something which made me borderline for the surgery anyway.
Upon leaving, I directly asked the doctor for a credit, and he said, “ I would get it.”
It is unfortunate that under the circumstances that Sonobello has made me go through unreasonable distress.
Services were not performed and Sonobello wants to keep my over $7.100.
Please contact *** bank and issue me a refund.

I had liposuction procedures performed in March, 2018 at the Sonobello facility located on Boy Scout Boulevard in Tampa, Florida. At my 3 month follow up at the Tampa office, I discussed with Kevin A, the office manager that I was completely unsatisfied with the results received thus far from the procedure. At the initial consult, the consultant suggested that I have 5 areas of liposuction done in my procedure at a total cost of $8,500.00 (waist, lower & upper abdomen, hips & inner thighs - my BMI is 38). I was shown numerous photos of women who had similar procedures done (many larger than me) with remarkable results. I was looking for similar results after my procedure particularly the waist & abdomen areas. The consultant told me that having all 5 areas done would achieve the results I was looking for. She explained that only two containers full of fat could be removed but with the right surgeon she thought it was possible to achieve the results I was looking for in one session and one cost of $8,500.00. This is a lot of money to me but I was willing to pay this amount in installments on my *** card to achieve the results that we discussed. I was not looking for a completely flat abdomen, but I was hoping to achieve at least several inches in width from my waist and abdomen areas. Based on the before and after photos taken at the 3 and 6 month visits, there is very little difference in the size of my abdomen and no difference in my waist size (40" before and 40" now). I want a refund for the areas that are not improved. I saw Dr. L (at 6 months) who indicated I needed a tummy tuck and there was nothing more surgically he could do for me at the Tampa facility.

I am rejecting this response because the company is not telling the truth when they say they have reached out to me to resolve the issue. The office manager at Sonobello in Tampa told me at my 3 month follow up visit that he would pursue my complaint and have it rectified and seek a refund for me. At my 6 month follow up visit, Dr. L, told me specifically that there was nothing more Sonobello could do for me. The company indicated to my credit card company (***) that they had reached out and were working with me on a resolution - they have not done this at all. I have tried to contact the office manager numerous times and he does not respond to my emails or phone calls. In their response to my complaint through Revdex.com they indicate they have alternatives that may help me - but again, Dr. L indicated in my 6 month visit at the end of August, 2018 that there was nothing more that could be done. My waist is a size 40" - my waist was a size 40" at the time of the surgery. The nurse failed to take my measurements for my chart but I have measurements that I took prior to the surgery. The company has lied to me about the results I would receive if I elected to proceed to have 5 areas done at one time. I was charged an amount for each area. I am willing to pay for the procedure in part for the area that has some improvement but I feel I should be reimbursed for the areas where there was no improvement at all, that being the waist and upper and lower abdomen areas. I was told by Dr. L at my 6 month visit that I really needed a tummy tuck and they do not perform tummy tucks at any time at the Tampa office. No one has reached out to me to discuss any other options. I told the consultant that this was a one time deal I could not afford to have more surgery - she assured me that having all 5 areas done would give me great results. She mislead me and lied to me. When Dr. M said in my pre-op that I needed a tummy tuck - he misled me at that time by continuing on with the procedure and not telling me the truth- that what he was about to do would not help my abdomen and waist areas because of my loose skin. When I indicated to Dr. M that "perhaps we should wait on doing the procedure" - he just looked away as if he never said one word about a tummy tuck. He did not explain to me that the procedure he was performing would have little or no effect - he just stated "you need a tummy tuck". I have never had any type of cosmetic surgery before and I was totally relying on the advice of the consultant and Dr. M when I went ahead with the procedure. No one until Dr. L saw me after the procedure told me that what I had Sonobello perform really could not ever give me the results that I wanted. The company is lying to me and to you and to my credit card company. They are not reaching out to resolve this issue at all. I want a refund for the 2 abdomen procedures and the waist area as I feel I was mislead to spend money on a procedure that did not help or could not help, and the company knew it would not help at the time I signed the contract. This is fraud. ***

She purchased and received surgery with a board certified plastic surgeon and during her consultation with the surgeon, reviewed risks, benefits, and expectations. Although we are sorry that we did not meet her expectations, our photographic records indicate that she had a significant result. We are happy to discuss other options for body contouring for this patient but the service she purchased was delivered appropriately as purchased. *** spoke with Kevin, the Tampa Practice Manager, on 10/09/18. He has since reached out to *** again to provide her with additional information and schedule a time for her to meet one of our board certified plastic surgeons. I am rejecting this response because: you continue to lie about the situation. Kevin never contacted me .someone did call from the TAMPA LOCATION AND LEFT A MESSAGE .IT ROOK ME SEVERAL RETURN PHONE CALLS TO REACH THAT PERSON .WHEN I FINALLY TALKED TO SHE INDICATED THAT CORP OFFICR EANYED ME TO COME IN AGAIN TO SEE DR L TO SER IF I Could qualify for a surgical procedure called x (or something) . I told the staff person that Dr L had already informed me in my 6 month that there was nothing more they could do for me in the Tampa office. The assistant indicated that the new procedure would be done at a discounted rate and I told her that Sonobello is quite arrogant to think that I would spend even more money there when basically the company took $8500 from me and did not do the surgery as promised . Three of the areas there was no change at all. There are no significant improvements that were made .only my hip area has some improvement .I paid for 5 areas and only 1 area looks different . The presentations made by the company are lies. This is both unprofessional and unethical treatment by a surgery center. The Corp office doesn't even know what's going on in the Tampa office. Sonobello is unethical and their consultants lie to tell you whatever you want to hear so you will spend money there . This is Fraud!!

I went got the procedure done got charged I was going to get another but at first they told me they can do it right after the first one but I come to find out they can do it like this I have to wait 3months unfortunately now I can’t get it done do to a personal problem I’m having so I called and called about getting my refund on the second procedure since I didn’t get it done when they told me and now I wasn’t going to do anymore they told me manger is go to call you never received a call back I waited then I went to the office spoke to the manager she told me it was going to take 14 business day to get me refund back I’m going in to 2 months and still haven’t received it I was charge for something I didn’t get done and still haven’t received my refund now I call and call and nothing yet

I envisioned of walking into Sono Bello, telling my story, and leaving with a chance of hope that I would finally be able to "get rid of the unwanted fat" that was advertised in your commercial. Your consultant, Liz, made me believe that this was possible, that I was the perfect candidate for the procedure. My self esteem immediately increased and the wait that I had been looking forward to and worked so hard at with no results, was finally going to have work done. I scheduled my appointment, paid $8,000, and waited anxiously for procedure day.
Procedure day was horrible, the doctor was running behind so I had to wait hours. Alone in the back room, I could hear the person next to me having the procedure done and it made me nauseous. Later that evening I finally went into the procedure room after being asked if I wanted to do all the areas in one day or split up the procedure. I decided to do all of it at the same time. Was the doctor rushed? Would I have had better results if I split it into two procedures? This I'll never know, but it bothers me to this day. During the procedure I was told 12 pounds were taken out. This is bogus. It must have been water weight because the scale never showed I lost 12 pounds after the procedure. The checkups after the procedure can confirm this.
My 6 month check up I was so upset. I wanted to talk to the surgeon that did this procedure. He said I had put weight on and was unable to correct anything that he did. I was furious. He then begun to tell me about another surgery that I would be a great candidate for. However talking to another women in the office, she said that was not the surgery for me. Obviously your communication is lacking and what your surgeons think are good candidates are different then the ladies in the office.
I was brainwashed and convinced the day of the consultation that I was the perfect candidate for this procedure. I spent $8,000 on this and had my heart set on having an amazing summer where I would finally be happy in my own skin. That summer is here and I am so angry, depressed and self conscious. Your staff can be compared to car salesman. Trying to persuade you to purchase the best thing, take your money and screw you over. Any person that talks about having any kind of work done, I quickly tell them to never go to Sono Bello. I tell them what a horrible experience I had and they are shocked and thankful that I informed them.

I went to the Arizona location about 1 year ago and received the laser lipo. The only thing good about this is the customer service at the counter. I followed everything the doctor told me just to receive no results and get bigger. This procedure never did work. It was uncomfortable for months just to get nothing from it. I learned today my additional weight is due to this procedure. I would not recommend this to anyone. Very disappointed. I was letting it go after I saw changes but now that I've gained weight because of this procedure, I am complaining.

I went to Sono Bello for a free consultation on 5/8/2017 and I left a deposit of 995.00. First of all I never met with a doctor it was a woman with no medical history. Secondly, I called early the next morning to get a refund of my dep and they said it is non-refundable. Now, I know what non-refundable mean but to give a business 995.00 for nothing is crazy!! I have called on several occasions to get my money back and they keep saying it is non-refundable for Cancellation of Surgical procedure, I never had a Surgery date, it was an pre-surgical evaluation, Not Surgical procedure. Give me my money back!! How can someone make you use their service or product if you don't want too. Also, this is bad business for Sono Bello. They reel you in with their commercials and take advantage of the consumer. Beware of Sono Bello because you are not getting anything free. You are paying for an average person to give you information that will cost you in the end. They talk fast and act as if you have to put down a dep. for a surgery date before you even speak with an actual doctor. How can they do this?? I don't know why there aren't laws to protect the consumer!! This is Fraudulent practice and they know it!!! I want to know if anyone else has experience this?? Please let me know!!!
