Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I was never told that I had to have the property inspected PRIOR to purchaseNo one surveyed the property in person, only via a satellite imageI offered to pay for the removal of trees so the system could work more efficiently And a day after the papers had to be signed Solar City then agreed to move them because I was purchasing the remainder of the leaseWhich I was forced to do or I would have been in breach of contract for the sale of the homeNow I am out almost $***, have NO solar panels, AND the new owners get FREE solar energySolarCity is now blaming the buyers for this because they would not sign a release allowing them to access the roof after settlementWhy would they do that when they can have free energy? They also claim that the state has to issue a permit to remove the panels and it would not be able to be secured before ***I had started this process with SolarCity in *** and they know from day one the panels needed to be removed by *** I want my $*** returned.Sincerely,*** ***

Solar City has misrepresented, deceived and otherwise been unscrupulous to our local community churchThey promised an electric savings to the church assembly and it never deliveredThey even had a ribbon cutting with the *** and Supervisor *** with their Representative stating on record that this milestone event would not only save energy but the church 50% on our electric billBut this never happenedAfter seeking help and explanation with the huge discrepancy from the management all the way up to their head analyst department they basically said "too bad" and within the next years we should see some savingsThey broke their word and contract we would never recommend them

Before solar city my elect bill was to dollars monthly after solar city my bill is over a monthI cant afford itAfter system was energized it took months to see my first billWas expecting maybe I called them and they told me I was stuck with itI have been trying to get ridof it cause I dont want soemethig thats costing me moneyI need help cause they wont listen to meIts like signing a deal with the devil

One person called me an offered to pour concrete in the corner of my basement which of course I said no toHe then said he would send a professional cleaning company to clean up the mess as best as possibleHe was out of CA and a local rep would be in contact*** *** emailed me saying he would send a solar city employee to fix the problemI replied to him and explained I was told it would be a professional cleaning company and they need to reimburse me for the gallon bucket of stainI have not heard back

A customer relations manager has been attempting to go over the concerns that this customer has expressedHe has stated he did not sign a valid contract so we have mailed a hard copy with his signatures to him for reviewThese contracts were signed via docusign online program and include a
certificate of completion which reflects the date, time, IP address, and which email we received the reply fromThe customer is still disputing the validity of the contracts and has made statements in writing that he would be taking SolarCity to court and the legal documents would be his next communicationAt this time the customer relations manager in charge of this account is pending the legal documents he stated he would provide
