Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Solarcity did not check my contractI have been a client for over yearsMy contract has a clause in it stateing that I will be reimbursed for any full day that I am not generating powerTheir customer service group spoke of the true up period at the end of the year, my contract has a clause that states if I am leasing the system during the lease term and the system is unable to generate any electricity (A "System Failure") for a whole calendar day, SolarCity will repay you for the lease cost you paid during each whole calendar day of the system failure within thirty (30) days.
I also have solargaurd installed which states anytime my system is not operating within ranges, Solarguard will notify solarcity who then is suppose to notify me, this also did not happenThe response from solarcity is such that they are acting as though they are doing me a favor which they do not have to do even though the contract drafted by them (Solarcity)) states they doTheir customer support after first stateing the same finally reviewed my contract and found I was correct, I was notified that the check was in thhe mail which was falseI was then notified that they would find out why it had not been delievered and I would be contacted, this also never occured
I will wait until I actually have the check in hand and cashed as I have been told that it was in the mail by a solarcity representative once already.Sincerely,*** ***

I'm sorry but the information we've been sent doesn't match any account on our records.Is the customer able to give the address of the house the solar is installed at?

response because:
I got call by the customer service team from Solarcity, but they didn't give me confirmed resultLike before they told me they will sent technician to my home and to check my inverter (their technicians came to my home at least or times during recent months, but they couldn't give me an answer why it happenedAnd they wouldn't do anything to help me result the problem) , they just let me waiting, because they need time to do troubleshoot, but I can't wait another month!!!!
My inverter's issue is obviously defective problem! I will not accept the Solarcity just sending technician to my home to to the thing like they did before, I need result, replace it or fix it!!!

A resolution has already been presented to the customer as it has been explained that his system is expected to improve production due to seasonal factors and this has been explained several timesWe have already had our system diagnostics team review his system and all departments have confirmed the under production is due to the seasonal factorsCustomer continues to reject the information givenWe have also offered to do a savings review after months of production which will allow the system adequate time to produce the energy estimated

A customer care manager reached out on 05/10/*** to address this with our customer and we are currently reviewing the account for resolutionThis manager will be reaching back out to update our customer as soon we have more information

Complaint: ***I am re*ecting this response because: It was still never explained to me when I went into this agreement that if I used more energy than what the system produced that I would not be saving any money
This is something that should be explained to the consumer before they go into a binding contract
I was simply promised that I would save money on my energy bills which I am not
I understand what she is saying however it should be explained before I entered this contract
I feel like I am being punished because I'm using more power now than I was at the time of installation

I have been having roof leaking problems ever since Solar City installed their panels Their roofing contractors are incompetent and cannot find sources of the problems
I will be contacting a lawyer to void the contract
