Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I received a call Sunday night. *** stated that she was sorry for the faulty equipment. She is not sure why they did not get a red flag on it. She is checking into that. She is sorry that the customer service repchecked my system on line and said all was fine on their end (the first time I called.) They are checking into that. She said (a few times) that according to the contract you signed we will do an evaluation in January and if your system did not generate the amount they estimated power (with in a window), I will be getting a refund at that time. So for months that they did not get the flag, and that I had to pay the electric bill on top of the solar bill, they feel they have no responsibility. I really think this is unfair and unjust on their part. I am not asking for *00% of what I am out. I do think that they should help with some of the electric bill charges, due to they admit fault for not realizing the broken equipment. I have not had tome to go over the contract with a fine tooth comb, to see what it says, if anything, about faulty equipment on their end. Do I have any right in this matter? This response was the expected response from Solar City I was told a phone call would be received on Oct 28, nobody called I phoned Solar City that afternoon and still could not get any answers The customer service agent told me he would have the current person working on my case call me back It has now been four days, and I know I won't receive any phone calls I am tired of having to be the one who has to call and get you guys to look into your internal problem which affects my account I want answers immediately, I shouldn't have to wait any longer Again, this has been since May/June and we are now in November Sincerely,*** ***

LIEN/Solar city call UCC--
Selling a house, title have and must to be free and clear. Having a Lien/UCC is a totally KILL/screwup life, is a big deal is a huge dealAlso When the first time I have a problem regarding the LIEN/UCC for a week and nobody "none" of the solar city representative want and willing to help me at all and I have to drive to City Hall to do it myselfWow now they say going to help after all this complaining and what have they treat me! Is it a trick/Lie/trap again?

Couple months later went to the bank and find out I have a lien on my name/property and ask MrDavid Kim solar city representative did not even know there Lien/UCC until he have to talk to and ask his supervisorMrDavid Kim Solar city representative was so surprise and not believe will have a Lien/UCC in.

When the inspection did not pass less than one day after that I been trying to call but solar city no call back no return phone call no response nothing at allThey keep on giving me the same answer someone will contact you days after the days weeks after week month after month no one responds at allI call customer Service to many time they even told me is you again calling I rememberBecause of no response at all So I call different department"S" to get help and I also go to the solar city website and email to ask for help. O Yes I did talk to many more customer service before but they keep on running me around.

Solar city to remove the solar out the Name/Business so will not have any/none Lien/Solar city call UCC on my name/business at allthank youCancel and no longer and will not have anything to do with solar city $0.zero balance will not pay if any
Give out Wrong/incorrect/false/not true/not honest information and Answer about No Lien and no problem and No cost to remove the solar
Selling the house you have to be title free and clear
