Since January of SolarCity has been double billing me and adding a mystery tax that I had never been assessed before and they can give me no explanationI call them every Friday to resolve this and after being on hold for ten minutes they tell me that it is being looked at in billing and they will call me the following Monday, which of coarse, never happensThey take the exact information from me every time, stating they are updating my accountIt's the same thing, over an over and over and overMeanwhile I am paying twice the amount as stated on my lease, AND being taxed on top of it; by whom I have no idea!

In addition, I am dissatisfied with the business' statement to me that they will not change their procedures in order to get checks sent within the time frame specified by the contract. One such procedure involves holding checks and sending them in "batches" rather than sending each check as soon as it is ready. Representative of the business stated that they don't get daily mail service. I find that hard to believe. If current procedures aren't working, they need to be changed. Representative of the business stated directly to me that they would not be changing procedures. They appear to be relying on the fact that most consumers are too busy to file complaints with the Revdex.com.Sincerely,*** ***
