come directly from FedEx and perhaps went directly into Mr. [redacted]’s spam or junk folder. Since receiving this complaint we have refunded Mr. [redacted] with the credit card used at the time of purchase for the credit amount of $144.63 on 02/09/2016. However the refund will take 3-5 days to appear on the statement. We have also emailed another prepaid shipping label to Mr. [redacted] email address today 02/09/2016 to please return the incorrect strut and coil spring assembly received via FedEx tracking number [redacted] Again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that we may have caused and for the delay in receiving your desired settlement.
The companies communication is horrible. They say they will call back and dont. All email responses are automated. After a month and opening this complaint I finally received my part.

I am rejecting this response because:It's for the abs sensor they are wanting me to take the whole part off my truck pay hundreds in labor then send it to them. Then wait 2 weeks to get it back and meantime I pay storage fees. I will just take this up with a lawyer and sue for part plus attorney fees courts cost and interest. You could have just answered your phone and could've done this real easy but you chose not too

With all my years in the automobile industry and my vast knowladge in the repair industry I am very familiar about rebuilt and remanufactured auto parts. After examining the part and with the other information that I obtained on the internet I will not take a chance and install this unexceptable looking part into my transmission to test it. I dont know any other company that after my complaint and other information obtained would not agree with me and gladly return it paid by you the seller but its one of your many complaints you have against you from others and now me. Parts geek you are such fraud and unwilling to be a decent company you dont even have a customer service department to except calls and complaints. This is not a fight its a true customer complaint.

orders it appears an agent has already contacted Mrs. [redacted]’s regarding these issues on 02/09/2016. Parts Geek has issued a refund in full for order [redacted] power steering pump part [redacted] for $161.33 on 02/09/2016. We have issued a prepaid shipping label to Mrs. [redacted] to her email address via UPS tracking number [redacted] to return order # [redacted] the power steering pump which Mrs. [redacted] verbally confirmed with our agent she did receive in her email.We have refunded Mrs. [redacted] in advance for the power steering pump needed to be returned for $161.33 for the part on 02/09/2016 and $105.00 for the core on 02/09/2016 for a total of $266.33. We have asked Mrs. [redacted] to please return the pump from order # [redacted] with the prepaid shipping label we have emailed her. Please allow 3-5 days for these credits to appear on your statement.In total we have refunded Mrs. [redacted] $427.66, the total amount she has paid for both power steering pumps. Again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that we may have caused and we're glad we were able to reach a more acceptable resolution for Mrs. [redacted].
[redacted] was refunded for the missing part in the amount of $110.23 on 6/6/15. As of today, the part is still in transit (Fed Ex tracking number [redacted], ship date 5/28/15). We have initiated a tracer with FedEx as per our policy.
Outgoing shipping charges are not automatically refunded with the part. They have to be manually processed. Had we been contacted regarding a discrepancy, we would have fixed it. We were not contacted.
A new rotor was shipped out via USPS tracking number [redacted] and delivered on 10/16/15.

Since receiving this complaint we have verified the cold air intake in deed was not shipped out and we apologize for our error. We have refunded Mr. [redacted] in full for his entire order $303.97 on 06/27/2016 (2 transaction credits of $260.15 and $43.82) for his inconvenience.
