We are in New Jersey. The returns warehouse is in Exeter, PA. We do not make note of return shipping costs on returns. We discard the boxes.I will refund the $12.00, however, I would advise in the future that you retain your register receipts and not ship anything back to any company using USPS Parcel Post. I would also advise obtaining a tracking number. You have no idea how many USPS orders get lost, damaged or mis-delivered.
