I am rejecting this response because: First of all I have many emails between Sling and myself where Sling blames my internetAnd *** messagesI sent screen shots of my ***.net as wellSling continued to place blame on equipment I am using and Internet2nd when I called in originally I specifically asked Can I keep the *** and pay the difference of the cost of it and the representative replied back with yes billing will take care of that for you3rd Per *** website-- MY *** came from SlingAt least thats where I ordered it and pre paid for this terrible serviceTotal cost for a new *** is dollarsI paid thru your websiteMy total order cost(months Pre paid plus the for the *** was 173) Id like it taken off that so I do not have to be hassled any more then I already have been with Sling*** requires I ship it back at my own dimeMore money out the door! Before I agree to anything, I would like to know the amount I will be refunded! Note: If your *** device was not purchased from the *** web site, contact the retailer where you purchased your service for a refund, if eligible.
