Credit card charge was disputed because of a defective productI informed USAA credit card department and the charge was reversed and than it was reinstatedThey wanted some thing in writingI informed this charge more than once with representatives from USAA about this company that would not replace a defective product and wanted to sell me the product again
I informed USAA credit card that a fraudulent charge was on my credit card for tow separate charges of over $from an overseas merchant in china named PAYPAL *S*** I sent them my paypal which is a business record showing that I did not purchase any items over $(which I have never done either my paypal or USAA Visa) This dismissed the one charge but the other charge they are siding with PAYPAL *S*** stating that they provided documentation that this transaction was authorized by me Tellingly, they never sent me anything by mail with this so called documentation and when I tried to access the information from their website it showed an "error"
On or around May or June I was contacted by USAA about some potentially fraudulent activity on one of my credit cards and that I needed to contact them about it to verify if I had made those charges I contacted USAA immediately after I received the alerts and talked to the fraud department about the issue and they came to the conclusion that I had been a victim of fraud and that I would be taken care The card was going to be canceled, and all charges were going to be removed from the card and I had nothing to worry about I live in Lawton, Oklahoma, and USAA expedited a card to Connecticut and that’s when I started asking questions as to why they sent one there when my address is in Oklahoma and they could not give me any solid answers The reason I bring this up is USAA charges $to expedite a card to you and when they told me they would remove all charges that were made on the card but they did not remove the fees such as the $expedited fee to Connecticut So,

Received an email for a new credit card offering a 0% introductory APR on purchases and balance transfers until September 1, I clicked on the link in the email offer and was redirected to the USAA site While navigating through the steps there was no mention of other credit cards available However once I received the credit card in the mail and started the process of a balance transfer and that is when I noticed this was not the credit card offered in the email I simply wanted the 0% offer and the new credit card does not give me that option The first time I called in June to resolve this issue their was a "ticket" created to discover why the email link did not send me to the correct card offer It was upon talking to the first representative that it was discovered there were multiple tabs to click on for various card offerings The card I was applying for was not on the first tab obviously, as I ended up with a different card than what was stated in the email The sec

I disputed a credit card trasnaction on dec 28th and no one has ever contacted me or anythingI happened to log in one day and realize that they need proofSo I submitted proof of purchase even though they can clearly see the charge on the card so why would you need proof of something you can clearly see a charge for?????

I contacted USAA to close credit card account, however , I was told that I had some pending payments and could not close accountI waited for charges to go through I contacted USAA the other day and was passed on to at least reps and then the 5th one tells me that their credit card department is closed after going from rep to rep for almost an hourI have complained to USAA and no resolutionI dont use this credit card and still being charge for having itI want this account closed

I made a payment on December 8th for my monthly payment of $41.00,I paid more and instead paid $to help me get my payments paid offThen on December 11th I seen my bill on the couch and forgot I had paid it, so I made a second payment of $50.00!
