I received an email from USAA offering me a credit card with 0% interest for months on purchases and balance transfers
I clicked through the email on the apply now button, and went to the USAA site, there I was inundated with different credit card offers, there had to be or different cards there
I applied and received the credit card, I transferred $to this account, they charged me 3% transfer fee also, that's fine it said they would do that
I am being charged interest on it though I contacted USAA and was told that I had clicked on the wrong card and there was nothing they could or would do about it I am hoping there is something you can do about this I believe I have been bait and switched by USAA

Back in December USAA allowed someone that was not myself to access my account, get all of my information, change all of my information, and then proceed to max out my credit card I have been having Identity Theft issues ever since this happened I called to dispute the charges and they took all but one charge for roughly $ I did not make this purchase and I have called to dispute it about a dozen times since January They keep telling me they are going to take the charge off my account but never do Meanwhile I am being charge interest on this fraudulent charge and USAA refuses to do anything about it

As a credit card holder I am being charged interest on the unpaid balance on the credit card which I understand, but I am also being charged interest on the interest being charged for the unpaid balance The charge is listed on the card of interest on cash advances, however I have not made a cash w/d from this card since Is there a way to resolve this matter?
