My husband *** *** added me onto his USAA Credit Card ending We were under the impression I was an authorized user Since then he missed a payment, which was filed on my credit report as a late payment The card has a zero balance at this time, I have contacted USAA numerous times trying to get off the account I have been told it is not possible I am an account holder, only way off is to cancelMy husband had this card since it would not be beneficial to his credit to cancel the card I am frustrated with the fact I was not added as an authorized user I have requested proof I applied to be an account holder and was told it can't be located

March of I bought a photo booth which would be used for wedding/party/events etc The system was designed by one individual who had to provide training for the booth to work He never provided the training I had split the cost of the booth between credit card companies Wells Fargo and USAA Wells Fargo investigation was very thorough and they sided in my favor USAA didn't ask any questions and didn't understand the dispute and refused to look at my documentation and handed a ruling that had nothing to do with the dispute USAA said I could submit Wells Fargo's findings and would get back to me in 3-bizdays to let me know if they would re-open my case I submitted Wells Fargo's ruling and called again on Oct I have tried calling several times and nothing has been resolved nor will the persons involved call me back to let me know where the case stands

This letter is a complaint against USAAIn this complaint, you will see that I was mislead by advertising that failed to clearly expose fees and that I was misinformed by multiple USAA representatives on the phoneAdditionally, I was avoided by USAA customer service on multiple occasions and a Senior Representative lied to meMy complaint explains how I was charged $in fees that USAA refused to refund when unsuccessfully attempted to resolve my complaint with USAA’s customer service
My complaint starts when I received an advertisement in the mail regarding a USAA credit card with no interest until April of At the time, I needed cash to cover a debt and the card advertised no fees on convenienceTo verify that I had not missed anything in the letter, I called USAA and spoke with a representative who stated that there were no fees on the USAA credit card convenience checks that I received an advertisement forI had an additional question about a week later and
I would like to register a complaint with USAA disputes (Case # ***) I have tried many times to get my case resolved
On April 4, I charged $as a depositI cancelled the transaction about a month later and disputed the transaction USAA reversed the transaction and credited my account After the reversal, the doctors office produced a contract disputing my claim to USAA and the transaction was rules in their favor and the money was returned to the merchant
Afterwards, I produced additional documentation to the merchant and the final ruling was in my favor
Here is the timeline:
April 4, 2018- $charged to Merchant
July 8, - $disputed and reversed by USAA ($credited to my account)
August 9, Ruled against me and reversed back to Merchant ($reversed and given back to Merchant)
October 23, Ruled in my favor, $should have been returned to me at this point, but I have not received the money as of tod

Unable to get a fair payment arrangement with credit card issuer The card issuer is adding additional fees although a payment arrangement is needed to catch up one late payment
