I am writing to you today because I have been trying to obtain the 10% bonus rewards points for the switch to Visa credit cards
Since March 28, I have been asking when I will see the 10% bonus on my Visa cardIn June, I finally received a phone number to the Rewards team and have been calling sinceToday, I received another nonchalant apology with no answer or timeframeThere are over 200,accounts without the 10% bonus, and a technology team has been investigating for over business days
I understand things can go wrong, but I have been inquiring since MarchI asked for a work-around and I was told these points cannot be manually addedHow is there not a resolution by now?

I bought two cameras on two occasions from atticI was told by the manager to mail the cameras back using the return label she provided which I didThe manager went in vacation and when I called back to check on the refund I was told they weren't going to refund one camera because they couldn't find proof of paymentI called usaa and had themv on the phone with the representative from the office of the President who confirmed paymentThe poison from the office of the President hung up the phone and refused to refund either cameraUsaa did not process that initial dispute and lost all record of the dispute unbeknownst to me at the timeI called art and spoke to a different manager who refunded part of the cost for one camera and said that's all their refundingI called usaa back and again filed another disputeUsaa only opened a file for one dispute for one cameraI was told they couldn't do anything about art not refunding the full amount for both cameras and they could not ta
