I am rejecting this response because:
Shein has not shipped my merchandise. If it takes 3-7 days to process an order, why was my card charged on the 4th. Payment should not be deducted UNTIL the order ships. So if the order shipped on the 9th, as claimed, my card should not have been charged until that time. According to Fedex, the package HAS NOT been picked and therefore has NOT SHIPPED as indicated.
