I have never seen two nicer, efficient and very professional people as I have with both of them. They took care of every single little detail with care and consideration. Bryan arrived according to schedule, was polite and efficient. He took the time needed to update his company and informed us on the issues we were encountering. He followed up the next day with his supervisor to verify his inspection..

My service tech was Michael G, he was very knowledgeable.

[redacted] came to tune up our central air...He was very polite and explained everything. He took the time to show us what he was doing and even took a look at a separate unit to give us advice on how to make it run more efficiently..He wore foot covers throughout the house and cleaned up after himself better then it was when he got here. I recommend the tune up. Our unit was chocking with dirt and hair.

I had not had my home air conditioner serviced for a while and when my wife found water in the fan area inside the house, I decided to call Service Champions since I had heard of them for several years. The technician, Jack, showed up on time, was very polite, answered all my questions and pointed out several areas where the system could be improved. He found the source of the water issue. The system didn't have an overflow protection gauge shutoff. He cleaned the system and while he made some suggestions, he did was not pushy about getting them done. I was very impressed with the fact that every time he came in the house he put protective covers on his shoes. I had the water overflow shutoff installed and signed up for an annual service based on this technician's competency and customer care.

Technician was very polite, explained recommended parts clearly and reasons parts were recommended.
Prices for recommended parts are clear on brochure.

I have been using Service Champions for over two years and am extremely happy with their service. The put in my new air conditioning/heating unit, new ducts (as mine were 32 years old and needed replacement) and I joined their service agreement program and they check on everything two times a year. I highly recommend Service Champions for your HVAC needs and I think very highly of Nick Y. as a service man. He is very thorough and wants to make sure you get the service the company promisses
