He was polite, showed me a problem with a leaking AC motor fan, had the part on the truck, and fixed it

We finally found an air conditioner technician who was able to resolve a problem we had been having in our house since it was built He discovered a hole where the duct work was that was letting air escape We have finally gotten cold air coming in a bedroom that never seemed to get any air conditioning or heat to it before There has been more than one company out here to look at our system but no one ever discovered this previously *** was very kind, courteous and professionalHe took the time to explain what he was doing and took pictures to show us what he had found in our atticI would recommend this company and especially this technician to all my family and friends!

I have used this company for years now Each time a technician comes to our home, I am surprised by the high quality experience Thus far, every technician has been very professional He inspects our air conditioner/furnace and takes the time to explain how all the parts are performing They aren't here to sell me more services, just to do the agreed upon scheduled visit
