We wanted to understand the process so we stayed with him and asked questions
Miguel readily answered question and showed us the testing
Our air conditioner could only achieve degrees of cooling in the house
We discussed expectations and options as he completed the service
At the end he showed us the results, Air Conditioning back to the standard degrees of cooling
Miguel presented their service plan but it was definitely not a high pressure sales
We reviewed it on our own while he completed his service
We were pleased enough with the service, and want to keep our system efficient, so we signed up for their Service Plan
All in all one of the more pleasant services we have had for our house

I spoke to Nicole on the phone, she was polite and helpfulShe tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone, and when the problem couldn't be resolved that way, she set us up with a technician for the same dayThey gave us a time for the technician to come out, and followed up with an email with our technician's picture so we would know who was comingRyan ** showed up promptly, brought his own booties to keep our home clean, and was not only very proficient at identifying and correcting the issue with our heater, but was extremely polite and pleasantI would happily recommend Service Champions and Ryan ** to anyone having HVAC issues

MrBrent W*** arrived a little later than expected, for which I was warned by the office, and given opportunity to change appointment if necessary I opted to have him come today When he arrived he explained his time schedule and job very clearly and continued to go about his business of doing his task Though mine was the last job of the day, he did not "rush" through his job, but did his work thoroughly and explained the possible outcomes He was very cheerful and friendly, which is commendable, considering it was the last job of the day!!!
