I received a flyer in the mail for an A/C service check at a low price, so I called and set an appointment, being honest, it was the low price that convinced me, but it is the service that will keep me a customer Service Champions called me to confirm that the Service Technician (*** ***) was on his way (*** actually arrived early) Then he checked out, cleaned and thoroughly tested the entire three zone dual compressor A/C and furnace system The whole process was professional and *** was knowledgeable, friendly and meticulous about testing the A/C equipment I can't say enough good things about the experience, except that I will continue to use Service Champions and ask for *** *** I have already referred a family member to Service Champions and highly recommend them

Service man (*** ***) arrived on-time, was courteous and friendly Very professional telling me exactly what he would be doing and how long he estimated it to take, then taking photos and showing them to me at the conclusion of the service The special price I received for my A/C tuwas great and I will be using this company for future maintenance of my A/C

It has been hot, hot, hot in So Cal this past month so AC has been essential! We are on the Service Champions "program" and it is well worth it Our regular services keep things going When we had a water trap leak, we called and Brett Turner cAme out the next day They call and email pending arrival with pic so my wife feels safe Brett shows up on time, friendly and helpful like all their other guys, did a great job and charged a nominal visit fee Excellent service!
