I had a completely new air conditioning & heating units just installedThey finished a couple of hours agoLet me just say that was the most painless ordeal I've ever hadI wouldn't have put it off for so many years had I knownThe entire team from the supervisor Nick *** to all the technicians where completely knowledgeable, patient to explain everything, courteous, respectful of people & property, answered all questions, stupid or otherwise with dignity & respectI could go on for hoursYou get the ideaThe equipment appears to be totally 100% excellent qualityI'm looking forward to a more comfortable home in the winter and summerI trust them to fix any issues that might arise without any problemsFantastic job!

Service tech was informative and answered any questions I askedPunctual, neat and showed part causing problem and fix required

Today I had Adam service my furnace He was very polite and efficient Knew all about my furnace and how to service it He was only in my home for about minutes and left it just as clean as it was when he came in I use Service Champions twice a year and have had no problems at all with their service or equipment

Today I had an appointment for the annual service on my heating unit The technician, Nick Y, was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable He took his time and explained what he did, and what his findings were All in all my experience with Service Champanions has always been positive

For the last few years(previous home and now new home)I have been with Service ChampionsI have been and am satisfied with the installation and service they have providedThe recent technician *** *** provided service to our Air Conditioning systems (two for story home)He was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and very personableI highly recommend Service Champions

Brent was professional and friendly, both He knew his job and the furnaces I had He was extremely thorough He did discover a serious problem with one of my two furnaces He showed me a large pile of insulation on the filter and explained to me what I was seeingHe said he would have to go under the house to find the cause Although the access had been covered with a pile of wood, he did not let that stop him Some workers would have told me to call back after someone else had removed it all so they could return to do the job Not Brent He went the extra mile, uncovered the access and crawled in Apparently rats had chewed holes in the vents causing insulation to build up on the filter He showed me the pictures Since the chewing would probably happen again with new vents, I will have to call an exterminator That I can understand I don't want those little guys around anywayAlthough this review is only about one person and perhaps a little wordy, I should also say that I have never had anything but good experiences with this company or any of its service personnel I give the whole company five stars

Did a great job in finding Spanish speaking employees and got the job done well for installationThe technician Juan *** did good job in explaining how the new air conditioning systems works after his job was done

Alvin was a very nice person, and very knowledgeable about our system, as all of SC's employees arehe did a very good job of servicing our heating/airconditioning system, plus explained everything he had doneI would recommend Service Champions to everyone

Received excellent customer service and professionalism from Service Champions, from the representative who visited my home for the initial consultation to the installation crew The installation crew was very clean and ensured the house was clean when they left, considering a 'cut-in' was required as the house never had an HVAC system installed

The technician(Max ***) that came out to check on the heater was very polite & professional He quickly figured out the problem and was able to fix it We appreciate the time he took with us to make sure our system was running correctly and we would highly recommend him
