My technician *** did a great job on my tuand cleaning of my air conditioning unitHe was friendly, thorough and explained everything that he was doingI highly recommend *** at Service ChampionsAlso the staff at Service Champions was super friendly If the technician was running late, they would call and let you know
I've been a member with this fine company for about years and the customer service has never been less than star All their techs over the years have always been polite, on time and highly trained David C*** is no exception He has been the tech for the past few times nowHe arrived on time Took about minutes to fully service the heating unit and left the work area and the home as he found it I can't ask for anything more and will continue to use this great company for the foreseeable future
Service Champions is a great company with excellent service We have the maintenance plan, for several years, and they installed new AC units last year Trent and all other technicians have been wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable and patient I give them my highest recommendation for trustworthiness, value and quality

This letter is in response to complaint ID #*** by Mr*** ***Service Champions Heating & Air-Conditioning has maintained an outstanding reputation and rating with the Revdex.com and continuously strives to
improve upon our business practices through the feedback of our clients. On November 15th, 2012, Mr*** contacted our Customer Advocate requesting that during future visits from our technicians, they refrain from providing recommendations for repairs or system upgrades unless absolutely necessaryMoreover, he asked that only one technician be assigned to his home for future service calls to limit the variability of said recommendationsHis requests were promptly honored and a notation was added to his account for notification purposes.
During a subsequent visit on May 19, 2014, one of our technicians returned to the client’s home to complete the annual furnace maintenanceUpon completion of his work, the technician proceeded to offer a breakdown of the recommended repairs found during his evaluationDespite our efforts to prevent this type of information from being relayed to the client, a detailed invoice was provided and a follcall was scheduled for the purpose of evaluating the cost of new equipmentWe have identified that during system upgrades in the early months of 2014, notations supporting his requests were not migrated in manner that would readily alert the user or call attention to their significanceThe necessary improvements to our process have since been made; however, this breakdown of communication ultimately led to the client’s decision to file his complaint with the Revdex.com.
Mr*** indicated that a separate company had been contracted to evaluate the condition of his system following the visit from our techniciansTheir findings were that no repairs were neededService Champions has a long track record of our strong commitment towards providing the best experience for our customers and ensuring their complete satisfactionGiven the circumstances discussed by Mr***, our company would like to extend a sincere apology to him for failing to honor his requests as a valued clientWe are a service company first, with an understanding that our customers are the foundation of our successWe would appreciate the opportunity to have a senior service manager visit Mr***’s home and re-evaluate the findings from our visit in May If any repairs or replacement are deemed necessary, we will gladly perform the service at no expense to himWe have attempted to share our apology with Mr*** via telephone; however, we understand and respect his decision to await our formal responseRegardless, an open invitation to contact us is always available should he decide to do so

We recently had our yearly A/C system service check performed by Brent Wangsness of Service Champions He did a fine job He arrived as scheduled He was polite and courteous He took time to listen to technical questions about system operations and efficiency He performed the check timely and neatly

*** came to tune up our central air...He was very polite and explained everything He took the time to show us what he was doing and even took a look at a separate unit to give us advice on how to make it run more efficiently..He wore foot covers throughout the house and cleaned up after himself better then it was when he got here I recommend the tune up Our unit was chocking with dirt and hair
Ryan L came to service my furnace he was on time when I was told to expect him He introduced himself and showed me his picture I.Dand proceeded to go about the business he was here for He was friendly and showed me everything
as he serviced the furnace He completed the task and suggested a better filter
system to take care of the dust in a more complete manner I declined and he
was very professional and suggested other ways to help keep the motor clean
until the next service
So happy with the quality service we received from Service Champions technician, David C*** In addition to his courteous and professional manner, David did an excellent job servicing our A/C and heating system Looks and works as good as new
