I called Service Champions based on the reviews I read and because of a personal referenceThey were not inexpensive but you truly get what you pay for with Service ChampionsProfessional, friendly from the top to the bottom and they truly stand by their garauntees! It is rare these days to find a company that doesn't have fine print, Service Champions says it simply and they mean itWe had some issues with my initial install and with one phone call to calmly discuss the issues, Service Champions made it right in a big wayThey have truly made me a customer for life by standing by their word

After being a long time customer of another Heating & Air Conditioner company I began not to trust their service and recommendations for repairs I often heard the commercials for Service Champions on a local Christian radio station and decided to get a second opinion regarding repairs to our AC I called for an appointment and a few days later a very neatly dressed, polite and friendly young man, named Ryan L*, was at our door After talking about the various problems with the AC he went outside to take a look at the unit He had me come outside to show me several things that needed to be done He also completely cleaned debris from the bottom of the unit and acid washed and rinsed the screening on the inside that had never been cleaned during the years we had the unit He did not charge me for these services He then explained what needed to be done to have the A/C up and running as it should He drew several pictures for me to be sure I understood how the unit functioned and why these repairs needed to be done Even though this call was for our A/C, he took the time to check on the furnace as well and went up to the attic to check the insulation, etcHe took pictures in the attic to show me how the insulation was installed and what needed to be added to make our home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer All in all, it was a wonderful experience for the time he spent looking everything over and making sure I was satisfied with the call
We are now deciding if we will have the repairs done or purchase a new AC unit I would recommend this company (and Ryan L** to anyone needing an honest company to repair your current heating/AC units or purchase new ones!

After having a not so great service with a previous technician I am happy to report that my faith is restored Alfredo G*** was by far the best technician I have hadHe was clean, on time, polite and extremely helpfulI would highly recommend him by name
