We purchased heating and ac from Service Champions is May and have used it times since the purchaseWe now have no AC and have placed phone calls in days with no return phone call until the 3rd day after calling to complain the day beforeWe were told we were placed on an emergency call and would get a call back ASAPNo phone call came until we told them no phone calls for almost daysWhen they called back, we were told the earliest appointment would be days from that day which would be a WednesdayWe are elderly and have been forced to spend most of every day out of the house and only going back home late in the eveningI understand that this is the hot part of the season but we would expect at least a phone call without having to call every day a couple of timesThey keep asking us if were Club members so I would assume they are only taking care of them firstIs that the way to run a business? *** *** came to my home today to check out our heating system He was courteous, on time, checked everything out (we have a roof-top AC and furnace), did all the required maintenance work, checked each heating vent in my home, went into our attic to make sure there were no leaks, checked out the insulation service champions installed (even took up a flashlight that got him into every corner of our attic space, gave me a report, and I fully intend to have him (and no one else!) return as my own "special" maintenance man when it comes time to check our AC

Miguel F* went above and beyond the A/C maintenance service he was instructed to perform He was very knowledgeable and professional along with having a great personality He took his time to perform the work at hand and made sure the A/C was performing as expected
My heating and cooling system has a separate filtering systems that I purchased during the building of my home but wasn't explained very well by the design center When I mentioned the system to Miguel he explained its purpose in a way I could understand Miguel also crawled in the attic, checked the systems and cleaned the filters
I recommend Service Champions to anyone needing eating and air conditioning service Especially if you can get Miguel to perform the service

Service Champions technician Ryan Lperformed a routine maintenance check on my furnace Ryan corrected a negative air flow concern by applying metal tape around the plenum on the furnace Ryan then cleaned out the wheel housing unit and recommended cleaning the biocide chamber

Had some major heating upgrades done to the houseService Champions had been out day before to evaluate what needed to be doneThey explained everything in detailTold us they would be back at 9:following morningTeam showed up right on timeEric A along with Armando headed up the team doing the workThese guys were so professional, polite and easy to work withEric is a genius when it comes to doing duct work ( which there was a lot to do) and did a fantastic job of reconnecting and redirecting airflow where it should be goingGreat company to work with! Great leadership from Eric and Armando All the staff from Service Champions are extremely professional and knowledgeable and very easy/pleasant to work withThey explain in detail what needs to be done to fix heating problem and make themselves available to answer any and all wuestions

I was very pleased with David C*** doing our A/C maintenance He was very friendly and knowledgeable David explained everything that he was doing and also asked us for any input He is awesome I would love to have him continue servicing us if possible
