From my phone call making arrangements to have my a/c and furnace tuned up to the end of my service call a few days later, I was kind of stunned with the excellent service I received from this company. This organization is way above the norm. For instance, my service technician, Jack B was on time, neatly dressed and already putting covers over his shoes so he wouldn't dirty my floors. Twice he asked that I come outside so he could show me what he was doing. My furnace is in the attic, so he took pictures to show me some work that needed tending to. Before and after. So far this is the best company I have hired to do work in my home. The owners of this company should know how friendly and helpful Jack was on this call. He stayed way longer than I anticipated and left the house and yard with nothing that I needed to clean up. This is the kind of service, friendliness and low prices that you wish for and seldom get. I already have recommended this company to my friends.

I am so grateful.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. On 10/12/17, this [redacted] AC unit did not pass Chino city inspection. After that, I was led to speak to two hero General contractors on Sunday, and I seeked advice from the on-site manager and HOA of this 72 family condo complex. I was told that this AC unit require more power than the breaker and wires can handle. Therefore, it needs to be taken out to avoid the AC unit, the breaker, and the wires to be all smoked. I'm sorry that the wrong AC unit was installed.Since service champions is a prestigious air conditioning company, I believe it will live up to its contract to take back the AC unit, give me a refund, and take care of the hero financing. [redacted] showed up on time, presented himself well, and went straight to work. He finished his assignment, explained his findings to my satisfaction, and was on his way. He was pleasant and polite at all times. I give him a "10' any time!

Robert L. is everything you have every wanted in a professional tech working on your heating and air conditioning in your home. I found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I certainly appreciated his friendly help and advice on how to finish assembling a couple of items I had laying around because I didn't know how to complete them. On November 15th, 2012, Mr. [redacted] contacted our Customer Advocate requesting that during future visits from our technicians, they refrain from providing recommendations for repairs or system upgrades unless absolutely necessary. Moreover, he asked that only one technician be assigned to his home for future service calls to limit the variability of said recommendations. His requests were promptly honored and a notation was added to his account for notification purposes. During a subsequent visit on May 19, 2014, one of our technicians returned to the client’s home to complete the annual furnace maintenance. Upon completion of his work, the technician proceeded to offer a breakdown of the recommended repairs found during his evaluation. Despite our efforts to prevent this type of information from being relayed to the client, a detailed invoice was provided and a follow-up call was scheduled for the purpose of evaluating the cost of new equipment. We have identified that during system upgrades in the early months of 2014, notations supporting his requests were not migrated in manner that would readily alert the user or call attention to their significance. The necessary improvements to our process have since been made; however, this breakdown of communication ultimately led to the client’s decision to file his complaint with the Revdex.com. Mr. [redacted] indicated that a separate company had been contracted to evaluate the condition of his system following the visit from our technicians. Their findings were that no repairs were needed.Service Champions has a long track record of our strong commitment towards providing the best experience for our customers and ensuring their complete satisfaction. Given the circumstances discussed by Mr. [redacted], our company would like to extend a sincere apology to him for failing to honor his requests as a valued client. We are a service company first, with an understanding that our customers are the foundation of our success. We would appreciate the opportunity to have a senior service manager visit Mr. [redacted]’s home and re-evaluate the findings from our visit in May 2014. If any repairs or replacement are deemed necessary, we will gladly perform the service at no expense to him. [redacted] was timely, professional, hard-working, articulate, and a good communicator regarding the problems with my air conditioning unit and the required fixes. He fixed most of the problems, except for the plumbing issue, which was not his area of expertise. After I was very satisfied with the results of his labor with the air conditioning unit, he explained their bi-annual maintenance program for the heating and air conditioning, which I purchased.

I called service champions to repair our air conditioning and they were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our technician was John Ruiz and I would definitely request him when calling Service Champions in the future.
The service received was better than advertised on the radio. I was superbly impressed with the level of professionalism, concern and kindness displayed during the appointment. Alvin asked me several times if there was anything he could do to help above and beyond his scheduled service.

We've been a long time Service Champion customer and they just got it RIGHT. This afternoon Andrew G came to service our furnace. He is professional all the way through.
Alex Palma performed the most excellent service I have ever received. He left my air conditioning system operating better than it ever has. I forgot how quiet my system was until Alex performed whatever magic he applied.
The service I received by Service Champions was exceptional. The technician, [redacted] was polite and very knowledgeable. He did an amazing job and took the time to explain what he did. He answered all my questions without complaint. I would highly recommend Service Champions for your heating and air conditioning needs.
This morning our A/C died on us. We placed the service call. The technician (James) arrived at the designated time promised. Not only did the tech look professional but he displayed courtesy and was very polite in addressing us. He was very efficient and extremely knowledgeable in his trade. He explained to us the root cause of the problem and debriefed us on every step of the repair process. James worked late into the night hour to get the A/C repaired. When the repair was done, he provided great recommendations and tips on how we can further the life of our A/C unit and overall lower our energy footprint. We are definitely raving fans of Service Champions.
