Victor R did an excellent and thorough job determining and fixing our air conditioning system. I felt confident that he knew exactly what needed to be done.

[redacted] was here to check on [redacted], the technician on 4/18/16. She and I became acquainted while here, and helped to point our the issues with my unit. I knew that I was going to need a new unit when we purchased the home in 2012, and it was a matter of time. She offered to return the next day and present the various units they install, which she did. She is so friendly, and explained the differences concisely. I did not feel pressured in any way.

I am writing to commend [redacted]. [redacted] serviced my Air Conditioning unit on Friday, May 13. I was very impressed with his friendliness, politeness and how he explained everything as he worked. An excellent young man!

I decided to give these guys a try after receiving several mailers from them. My air conditioner wasn't cooling enough, and I want to be ready for the summer. Victor R arrived on time and immediately got to work on diagnosing the problem. He cleaned the air conditioner, added freon, and even went into the attic to make sure all the ducts were working properly. He spent a couple of hours at my house and only charged $69. He recommended that I replace all the duct work, but wasn't too pushy to make the sale. I will definitely think about getting the work done and call him. He was pleasant, professional and very thorough.

My husband and I are so expressed with the professionalism of our service technician [redacted]. He was polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about our heating and a/c system. He did not try to hard sell us but presented the facts as to what is wrong with our 20 year old heating and a/c systems. We recommend you at least bring them in for the inexpensive service visit and inspection. We have owned 12 homes and never realized we needed to service our systems on a bi-annual basis. [redacted] really educated us as to why this is such a critical step.

Outstanding service from a pleasant, very able service rep. Gave me good information and spoke in terms I readily understood. When you are at an advanced age that is not always the case.

Jorge C conducted my annual service check today. He was on time and very friendly and helpful. He appeared to be very well qualified and took the time to show me the parts that were in very good order. He also pointed out one part that may need replacement in the future. I recommend him as a great representative of Service Champions.
I signed a contract several years ago to sign up for lifetime annual checks of my heating system and I am so pleased with the service. It is nice to have the company come once a year and clean and check the heater, rather than calling in a crisis. This is an EXCELLENT company!
