Joe did an excellent job He is very polite and pleasant When he checked everything throughly ,he made recomandation to replace parts that will increase the efficiency of the air conditioningWhen his supervisor came to bring some insulation material ,they both worked until late to make sure the unit is running perfectly We know that we can always count on Service Champions employees great job

Service Champions adjusted their schedule to fit mineThey honored their promotional price to clean, inspect, and ready my AC for the summer months ahead ***, the technician was super friendly and made me feel comfortable to have him in my homeHe made sure to show me areas to watch and emailed written recommendations for the future I appreciated his attitude of maintaining good equipment instead of trying to sell me something new

Eddie Gwas our service technicianHe came to our home at the exact time that I was told he would be hereHe was wearing a neat, clean uniformWhen he was working in the house he wore paper booties over his shoesHe was pleasant and provided information about our HVAC system including pictures of a trouble areaHe was able to fix the issue during this appointment and left in a timely manner

Service technician David *** performed the annual tuon our A/C system He was very knowledgeable about our system, and invited me to observe him as he explained what he was doing He quickly diagnosed a major issue as soon as he turned the a/c on Our system is very old and noisy, and as he took it apart for maintenance he showed me the signs of wear and stress David was very friendly, helpful, and professional He did a complete tune-up, and also helped us understand the current issues with our system, as well as the options for replacing our condenser and ducting to match the new furnace we purchased from Service Champions two years ago

Nick from Service Champions came to check up on our furnace and air conditioning, and he was very informative and helpful in providing steps to help us replace our old ac unit

*** *** and *** *** were here to service my air-conditioning unitThey arrived on time, were friendly and polite, explained what they were doing and showed me what needed attention, accepted the constant curiosity of my dogs, and even did some good deeds for me, which I am so grateful for them doing They are a good team, and two really good young men I am so lucky they were the techs sent today, and I will request them from now on

Jorge Cwas the technician that came to check and service my air conditioner He was on time, friendly, very professional, put down protective covers on my floors and wore booties while in my home He did a thorough job of cleaning and servicing my air conditioner and answered all my questionsI will definitely use Service Champion for all my heating and cooling needs

Brian P*** provided an annual furnace tune up and did an excellent job He explained what he was going to do first and was very courteous, neat, and knowledgeable I would recommend him to anyone needing furnace or AC service

The first time I called this company I had already called two other Air Conditioning companies Both the other two quoted me thousands of dollars for a new compressor This company's rep/technician was extremely thorough, and meticulous in his diagnosis and repair even though it was the hottest day of the year and he was working in itHe found the problem replaced the part and saved me thousands of dollars
The second the technician *** * arrived on time performed the scheduled maintenance, advised of the current status of equipment, how long it might be before replacement might be neededHe was thorough in his clean upHe very pleasant and careful to cover his shoes each & every time he was in out of the house I commented what a pleasant apt it was
