March payment didn't apply to my contract that is why I could not get service in April, I also authorize a charge for March 10th and the company charged me on March 9th after telling the agent to not start until March 10th. I'm not request refund for April because is when the company said my policy started from But as for my March payment once again the company said that didn't apply to my contract.

I am rejecting this response because:
The reason for repairs / water heater replacement was caused by neither leak nor fire - please see the attached corrected invoice from [redacted]. The cause of water heater malfunction is the one which is covered by "6.2.7. Water Heater. This Agreement covers all modules, components and parts of the water heater necessary to the functionality of the water heater." of "Terms and Conditions" (https://selecthomewarranty.com/termsconditions#back) .
The policy has been cancelled and we have refunded the payment.
Select HOme Warranty has been in touch with the customer on 04/14/2015 and sent the customer a reimbursement agreement for 150.00, as soon as it is returned, Select Home Warranty will expedite the payment process.

response. I have called multiple times each day and left a voice message each day - 6 messages total. Mr [redacted] has not returned my phone calls to the number I have been leaving on my voicemails. He has called my husband's cell phone twice, but my husband is a surgeon and cannot pick up calls during the day as he is in the operating room. I have stated this in my voicemails to please call me at my number (###-###-####), but have not received a call.

The customer tried to place a claim before the policy was effective. We have refunded them in full.
Select Home Warranty is not an insurance company, we do not reimburse for spoiled for, we warranty repairs on mechanical components of appliances and systems in the home.We have sent the customers information for further review on the claim, we will contact the cusotmer on 8/28/2015, the customer must be willing to discuss the matter and not hang up on our Manager.Select Home Warranty does understand the matter and are more than willing to assist the cusotmer, but, they will have to be willing to discuss the matter.We do understand the cusotmer is frustrated and would like to apologize for how this matter was handled, we would like to ask for a chance to resolve this issue.
The customers reimbursement check will be issued and mailed out this week. No additional funds due at this time.

their is a $500 limit in their contract their lying and stealing money from their costumers 10.1 is their contract says $500 is limit on ac tell them to read it I copy and paste the agreement this is 10.1 and after 3 months goes to $2000The following guidelines will be implemented to provide a repair/replacement allowance. For heating or coolingequipment (hvac), in the first three months of coverage a $500 repair/replacement allowance will be paid to the customer.

The customer had refused the initial offer of paying for part of the cost of the replacement parts. Upon declining our offer the customer requested to have their contract cancelled which we had done so. This customer is not entitled to any additional funds as they refused all offers made towards their claim. As soon as their refund check is processed it will be mailed out.
Select Home Warranty would like to apologize for any misunderstanding with the customer, we will have one our Managers get in contact with him to try and resolve this matter.
We do apologize for the experience. The customer has already requested to cancel and has been mailed a refund check.

I am rejecting this response because:regarding pool pump: the over all cost of the pump was almost $500. you originally denied the claim. Then I battled with your manager and escalation dept and after much discourse and push back I finally got a "one time" $150 blanket reimbursement. Dont act like this was generous on your part. If I hadnt gone to all that trouble I would have gotten nothing. It is still no where close to the entire cost of the pool pump. regarding the a/c...yes the part was covered under manufacturers warranty but why not the labor? My claim was only for the labor costs. I was told this warranty covers parts and labor. This one seems so simple and it is not expensive yet you still dont stand by your sales offerings dooping customers into a false sense of being protected. This is why I am pursuing this complaint.

The customer placed a ac claim before he was effective for claims. We dispatched as a good will because the customer threatened to call the Revdex.com even though his policy was not effective. His other two issue he had fell outside of policy coverage.We have processed a full refund back to the customers...

On march the we mailed the check to the address we have on file. The check was sent to the wrong address. We have reissued a new check to the new address.
