I am rejecting this response because:
I appreciate the correspondence we received 3/19/2015.  In  dealing with Home Select it was our understanding from our phone call with George that we were in fact  authorized to complete the authorized repair by his conversation via the phone.  We complied with the next instructions from home select to provide pictures and and justification for the repair.  We compiled with that as Home Select requested .  Finally we are only requesting to be reimbursed for the work that was already authorized by Home Select.

should be receiving the remnant of my money?  Knowing this company it may not be anytime soon this year.  I've been waiting since last year October for the $150, dealing with their lies and deceptive antics.  It's not even about the money anymore.  It's about being a professional and treating your customers with dignity.  There's nothing satisfactory to me about this.   I was deceived and scammed.  Now please can they tell me when I should be receiving the remnant of my hard earned money.    I will be off work at the end of this month, and I will then have the time to get the word out on this company.  So I recommend they have my money back to me within the next 7 days. I am rejecting this response because:
I feel that as a customer, this situation of having no working air conditioning should be handled as an emergency. 100 degree wheather is not safe. I should have a response to no which steps I would need to take immediately. The tech that came out informed me before the diagnosis was sent in that it would not be covered and suggested I pay him to do the work outside of my warranty. This is a new air system that I have never used and the repair seems simple enough. This is just horrible customer service. I went over to the consumer protection website and saw similar things have happened to other customers. Everyone is told they will receive a call back and never hear from this company until calling again and again. Also just to be told nearly nothing is covered (read small print). I'm not even sure the specifics are printed anywhere! I had to ask what is actually covered.

We did approved the customer ac claim.

We did already refund the customer according to the policy terms. We have reached out to the customer and have explained this. We did offer to waive the $75 cancellation fee. the customer hung up on us.

response because: I WILL ACCEPT THE REFUND FOR THE AMOUNT THAT YOU SAID YOU SENDING FOR $955.01 BUT I WOULD LIKE AN ADDITIONAL REFUND OF $461.50 FOR MY LAST TWO CLAIMS, THE FIRST ONE WAS $346.50 WHICH YOU ONLY PAID $75.00 AND THE SECOND CLAIM WAS FOR $265.00 WHICH YOU ONLY PAID $75.00 WHICH I HAD COVERAGE ON BOTH CLAIMS BUT WAS DENIED BECAUSE I DIDN'T CALL FIRST. BUT I DID AND STAYED ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES WAITING ON A PERSON TO TALK TOO, THE REP STATED THAT THEY WERE BUSY AND HAD OVER 300 CALLS FOR A/C SERVICE THAT WEEKEND, SO WHEN I FOUND SOMEONE TO COME OUT THE NEXT DAY FOR SERVICE I JUMPED ON IT CONSIDERING IT WAS 98 DEGREES IN NEW ORLEANS AND HAD GUEST OVER FOR A FAMILY REUNION, I COULD'NT WAIT FOR DAYS TO HAVE MY A/C WORKED ON, THAT'S NOT RIGHT TO TREAT A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT WHO SPENT $1650.00 FOR A 5 YEAR MAINTENCE PLAN WITH YOU.

only return the $750 ($375 for Policy One and $375 for Policy Two) after a review which could take several weeks. You are still able to refund the full amount in which case the credit card company will drop the dispute I have opened, and I will have my funds back within 3-7 business days. Furthermore, you would still need to refund the $75 co-pay for the technician you chose to come out to my house and then you were unwilling to complete the repair. If you refund the $750 TODAY, I will close this dispute and eat the $75 co-pay, but if you do not refund the $750 amount to my card, I will continue with this dispute through the Revdex.com for the full amount due me including the $75 co-pay for the repair you were unwilling to complete.

I am rejecting this response because: On 6/16/2017 - Friday Jermell at extension [redacted],  called and said that he was going to approve $500.00 towards my repair, but he had to get confirmation from the technician for the repairs. On 6/20/2017 - Jermell called and said he had spoken with the technician at [redacted] (###-###-####),  and the technician confirmed that there was electrical failure.  So, I called [redacted] and spoke with Jennifer and she informed me that Select did not speak with the technician at all because they are not authorized to speak with the technicians.  Also, while speakin with Jennifer at [redacted] she explained to me that the control board performs as a battery or as SIM card in a cell phone, so it would not cause electrical failure.  Also, an electrical failure in any home would cause the breaker box to trip off acting as a surge protector for all outlets.  This did not happen.

The company has issued my a refund because due to them lying and being unethical I cancelled my policy with them. They only refunded 350 which was the...

cost of my renewal of the policy I had recently paid. They did not do anything about the claim that was submitted prior to cancellation of my policy and me requesting a refund. They are trying to say they refunded me so now they can't do anything. I was also told if I sent in the invoice of the technician stating it was normal wear that they would review for possible courtesy reimbursement. They did not do anything but say there's nothing they can do.

The Customer submitted a check for  999.98 and we advised the customer of the amount we received form them, including tow dispute fees, as the customer tried to dispute the amount and did not win the case.  Select Home Warranty has taken care of past claims for the cusotmer and have sent technicians to the customers home and have paid out on claims.The cusotmer signed the Terms of Agreement that shows they agree to the cancellation policy, the customer is not entitled to a full refund at this time, per the both dispute cases.

Per Edward the customer had cancelled out their policy. Since the customers policy is now cancelled and has been cancelled the reimbursement was no longer valid.

The cusotmer was issued a refund directly back to their credit card on 02/02/2016.

The customer is not eligible for a full refund as services were rendered to the customer during the warranty term. The customers policy was cancelled per section 13.2 of their warranty. Below is a breakdown of their refund: Charged 3 Months @ $41.67 per Month = $125.00; Add Cancellation Fee of...

$75.00 = $200.00 ; Also Less Claims Paid/Owed of $255.27 ; Subtracted from original payment of $499.99; Totals a Refund of $44.73.The customers refund check has already been mailed out. No additional funds due at this time.

Normally we pay for claims by check which takes 30 days. We have refunded $150 back to the customers credit card to expedite the process.

Select Home Warranty contacted the customer as we have not heard from him since the claim was placed.  We advised that we would be more than happy to assist with the electrical claim, the customer advised us that he had the issue taken care of himself and would like to cancel his policy with...
