The TV was purchased and used within the state of FloridaFlorida has strong lemon laws against defective productsThe fact that the TV broke after only months of use, is indicative of something seriously wrong with the quality of the unitWhile it took another months to get the TV repaired, we find it very strange that Samsung will not stand by the quality of the new parts with a warrantyWere the replaced parts in deed upto first quality standards or were they refurbished? Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim in regards to his rebate Our system shows the agent who handled his claim spoke with him on 5/17/and advised him that the rebate amount offered is for the washer only The agent explained that the taxes are state mandated (goes directly to the state) and the delivery charge is provided to the retailer, not to Samsung The Top-Loader Voluntary recall program does not cover, include or reimburse for sales taxes No further accommodations will be made for this claim We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Samsung knowingly sold defective product and is offering prorated refunds based on "depreciation" caused by their own defect, and is refusing to cover finance charges, delivery and installation fees associated with the process of replacing the effected machinesAdditionally, the "repair process" is being performed by unqualified, 3rd party repairers in numerous areas, and does not address the actual cause of the issue: [redacted] The resolutions I would accept would be a refund of $500USD (halfway between my costs and the proposed refund amount) - I do not trust that the repair option would resolve the solution Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I tried to get a new refrigerator and was informed by your staff it would be considered after the forth repair! I am currently on disability leave from work due to total knee replacement I cannot wait a month without food to be considered to get a new fridgePlease tell me how long should I be without food inorder to get a replacement the next time this happenIt will happen again! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meAt this time I am working with Samsung trying to resolve this issueIf in the future it happens again I am hoping that they will honor there name and replace the tablet as I have stated to them
