Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim in regards to returning Note phones for a refund Our system shows that boxes were shipped to this address [redacted] but based on the address on Mr [redacted] complaint, this is the incorrect address A request for a single count box will be shipped to Mr [redacted] address [redacted] for him to be able to return the devices Once Mr [redacted] receives it, please have him send back the box with the devices at his earliest convenience in order to proceed with the refund(s) in a timely manner We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you
As per Prizelogic Mr [redacted] registered for his promotion, however, they registered as a Pay only entry This promotion had two forms of entry: Purchase during the promotion period and activate Samsung Pay àreceive $samsung.com code and an entry into a sweepstakes Activate Samsung Pay on a device that a consumer already owned àreceive an entry into a sweepstakes Mr [redacted] did not purchase their phone, but only activated Samsung Pay which resulted in an entry in the sweepstakes and not the $samsung.com code
Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] complaint in regards to his Note exchange/refund Our system shows that Mr [redacted] received a SFlat in exchange for returning his Note device Based on exchange values, Mr [redacted] would be eligible for $for the difference in devices, $for the loyalty and then $for the case The correct return should have been in the amount of $however, the agent who initially submitted the request added an additional $to the return value in error This error was essentially the loyalty credit being paid twice and why the check was issued in the amount of $altogether The agent assigned to the complaint spoke with Mr [redacted] on 8/17/and informed him that based on the above information, no additional funds will be granted for the return/refund of the device Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case
Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim again in regards to his Galaxy Sphones As previously advised, Samsung cannot evaluate and try to resolve the issues with the devices without running diagnostic testing Mr*** has the option to first back up the phones and then reset to factory setting prior to sending them in for service Once service has been completed, he can download the information back onto the devices If Mr*** would like to proceed with service after he backs up and resets the devices, please have him contact the agent for further assistance We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I purchased what I thought was a new tv I wasn't expecting to have it refurbished, if I wanted a refurbished tv I would have looked for that expecting to get a good price! I am paying full price for a defective tv that needs the screen and other internal parts changed outThey want to do this factory work in my home with no monetary compensation to meI was told that the pamphlet, that comes with the tv, states that a service only warranty contract is what Samsung provides the customerHow could I have known their policy before I got the item in my homeLike millions of people, I go into a store, purchase an item expecting that a big ticket item is going to work as it is suppose to and that if there is a problem the company or manufacturer will replace the item in a timely mannernot refurbish it!!! What a racquet they've got goingsending out defective models in order to get rid of them!!! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I explained to the Samsung contact person that I was aware of the recall, but did not agree that the recall solution.For a washer that was purchased for almost $1000, Samsung was offering a $rebate amountThat is almost 90% depreciation in under years.When I asked about how good the reinforcement of the machine would be, they stated, we cannot guarantee that after the reinforcement your machine will be able to work on the cycles the machine offersThe machine will still need to be run on delicate for most cycles (even with the reinforcement).This means that, even with the reinforcement, Samsung does not provide any guarantees that the device is safe to useWhen I asked each of the person who contacted me, if they would keep the machine in their home, they each said no, we would get a new oneSo, how can I get a new one after already spending almost $for a machine and they offer only $in return? The average lifespan of a machine is yearsI am being forced to get a new machine way before the average lifespan of the machine has been reached because they cannot guarantee the safety with the fix they offer Regards, [redacted]

We appreciate your correspondence and allowing Samsung the opportunity to review your claimUnder the Samsung Standard Limited Warranty physical damage is not covered If a product is shipped to Samsung for service and physical damage is found a service charge would be applied in order to complete repair Based on the repair center’s evaluation of the device, the damage was found not to be in warrantyAt this time Samsung can offer a second evaluation of the phone to determine any additional resolution for this matterA UPS premailer (empty box) will be delivered to your home address tomorrow for retrieval of the product if you wish to continue with this offer Once the product is received it will be re-evaluated and follow up will then be provided to you If you do not wish to accept this offer simply discard of the UPS premailer boxThank you

I am rejecting this response because: When there is a known issue like the capacitor problem as acknowledged by Samsung, it is like a Lemon and they have to fix it irrespective of warranty periodIf they had sent me a communication regarding this problem, I would have got it fixed before I am looking for just the repair of my television not any damages for not being able to use itI will accept if they agree for a repair at no cost to me
