I am rejecting this response because: They just keep posting the same response that there is no compensation. Thank you to the Revdex.com for trying but obviously, they will not accept responsibility and we have other agencies and a lawyer working on it. We are not taking a $2300 loss without going after them! Of course we don't have the refrigerator! Should we keep a broken down refrigerator as a memorial? How ridiculous! They know they have thousands of the same complaints and refuse to do anything about a product that should be banned! Thank you!

Samsung has reviewed Mr. [redacted] claim in regards to not receiving the gift card. Our system shows that a gift card in the amount of $300.00 was shipped on 2/10/17. As previously stated, we do not have any tracking information to see where it is located. As a customer this is really bad for me , after sending my device multiple times to customer service and samsung sent me faulty broken phone and asking service charge for the device repair. This is only the worst ever customer service in my life and also first and last samsung device in my life .Since I have purchased 699$ and cant leave my device in trash and no option from samsung service and paid 100$ customer service . Hope I will get my device back and remember in my life about samsung devices and thier service and will never buy a samsung product in my life . Thanks for Revdex.com helping me and at least reduced 80$ for repair fees .

It has been 8 days since my last contact and this email is to inform you this is still an unresolved issue. I have been patient and only led to additional disappointment. I yet again received another appointment to repair may washer. Please note the date!. Again that day has come an gone. Since I finally have a company to call " [redacted] I reached out to them. Only to be told that that is just a place holder. [redacted] ([redacted]) provided me with an appointment for this upcoming Saturday December 18th between 10 and noon. To my disbelief I waited 24 hours and called then to ensure the confirmation and the appointment is for sure. I am now waiting for repair since November. I received a call from [redacted] stating they can not keep the appointment as my appointment date and time was voluntary and have now offered to come out on December 23rd. As you can see they have offered me a 25.00 Gift certificate that has no value as there is not one item to buy for 25.00. I have nearly 4 days off from work, 15 hours on the phone, countless emails and still have an unsafe washer in my home.
