As it has been advised, once evaluation is complete Samsung determines the best resolution to the matter at hand. Based on evaluation of this device the issues were repairable, therefore, the unit underwent repair. The cause of the issue was due to debris found in the charging port which caused an electrical short in the charging port area. There was no malfunction of the phone itself.Under Samsung Standard Limited warranty our obligation is to provide repair service, and this service was rendered as it was informed during the processing of your service ticket.Thank you

Upon receipt of Mr. [redacted]’s second Revdex.com rebuttal, we reviewed the customer’s file and request an additional time. We have explained to Mr. [redacted] that the offer presented is the offer that is available. We explained that he has owned his refrigerator for 3 years and the cost of a new refrigerator will not be the same price as it was 3 years ago.  As an accommodation, we then explained that we will be offering to full refund for his refrigerator plus $200 for food loss and $200.35 for the repair costs. Mr. [redacted] has accepted our offer and we advised that he will receive further instructions from our return department. Revdex.com: No one has contacted me from Samsung. I just called them yesterday, Monday, and someone told me they would contact me within 24 to 48hrs. Which I have heard plenty of times before.

I am rejecting this response because there is absolutely nothing in the warranty indicating that the dryer would have to be unstacked from one of their own Samsung washers before service would be provided.  We are using the unit as intended.  The warranty indicates that the unit must be unobstructed and accessible - both of which are true.  If unstacking the unit is a liability issue for the service provider then Samsung should be responsible for hiring a 3rd party to unstack and restack the unit.  I feel this is a clear case where Samsung is not honoring the warranty that came with the product we purchased.

Samsung has reviewed Ms. [redacted] claim in regards to her tablet.  Our system shows the agent who handled the claim emailed her advising that based on the model code and serial number the warranty had expired by 10/14 for the device.  The agent advised that due to the length of time the...

unit has been out of warranty, any repair or replacement of the device would be at Ms. [redacted]’ expense.  In addition, Samsung’s records show Ms. [redacted] was granted a prior one-time accommodation on 3/18/15 for the device.  Regrettably, Samsung will not be able to honor Ms. [redacted] request for repair, replacement or refund for the device.  No accommodation will be made for this claim.  We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case. I am writing because I need to re file this complaint against Samsung.  After the first complaint, I received the return label from Samsung to return the broken (on delivery) television.  It was picked up on Tuesday, December 29, 2015.  The return was delivered to Samsung (in Riverside, NJ) on Thursday, December 31, 2015 and signed for by A [redacted].  As of today, I have not been refunded or contacted regarding a refund or replacement despite, calling and using Samsung's online support.  I spoke with them today, and was put on hold.  Please advise as to what my next steps should be.
