Samsung has reviewed Mr. [redacted] claim in regards to his stereo. Our system shows a service request; reference Txt# [redacted] was submitted and a UPS shipping label sent to bring in the unit for repair. The unit was received and repaired on 4/25/17, and shipped back out on 4/26/17 to the address on file. We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case. I am rejecting this response because: I have not received anything. I called again yesterday and asked for an update since the website says it's been shipped. I was told that it's incorrect and has not been. It's officially over 90 days at this point.

I am rejecting this response because:I have already changed ones .This is a second defected panel and I don't want another panel. I don't want a new panel exchange I just want a new TV or money back. Even the service I have here and they said that this should be replacement for in new TV. They promise me if I will have defected TV for a second time they will give me new tv or refund. They have send the technician to my apartment to check if is broken tv because they did not belive me and the supervisier newer call me back. I don't trust them any more.

I haven't heard anything from Samsung regarding this. i had to go to [redacted]s to get replacements and had to pay to get rid of Samsung since they are of no help, and get ** brand. i want Samsung to pay the difference. I haven't ever received a phone call from Samsung. It's always been me calling trying to get answers

Samsung has reviewed Mr. [redacted] complaint in regards to his tablet. Our system shows the agent who handled the claim made several attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] by phone but have been unsuccessful in reaching him. The agent left voice messages for Mr. [redacted] on 9/07/17, 9/12/17...
and 9/14/17 advising him the unit was deemed physically damage which voids Samsung’s warranty. The agent further explained that the ASC from the previous repair; reference Txt# [redacted] confirmed that there is water damage to the main board inside the unit and any repair would be at Mr. [redacted] expense. Regrettably, due to the physical (water) damage to the device, no accommodations made for this claim.
