Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The phone was returned weeks after it was promised, and without the tempered glass screen protector I had on it I was told it took to long because there was an incorrect number on it, so it sat for about business days, and there was never an update sentNot that it was received, and processing errors, the repair, nothingI called in and found out it was fixed and shipped And all the data was wiped and the screen protector gone Would like a replacement of the tempered glass protector, which was removed in the process. Samsung has reviewed Mr*** claim in regards to the Samsung.com order for the T-Mobile BOGO offer and the Samsung Galaxy SEntertainment Kit Offer. Our system shows that Mr*** order was cancelled because the "friends and family" discount not approved Mr*** was

We apologize for not knowing we were to reply to you concerning Samsung's email to us. A representative CEO emailed me and stated things would be taken care ofSince that time we have emailed, faxed and sent copies of the bill of sale to the company as requested with no resolve. I had one csr give me her personal work email to get this taken care ofShe the let me know via phone that we'd be emailed an agreement to sign, after which we'd receive a check for $719.20. We have yet to receive the email from them. We realize the case is deemed closed, we just want what transpired on recordThank you for trying to help with this
