To Whom it May Concern, [redacted] was mailed correspondence in regards to the transfer of companies in March of Additionally, we contacted the main premise number and left a voicemail requesting a call back, which was not returned We have attempted to reach out to [redacted] over the last few days to schedule a service callHe has not answered the phone or returned any callsWe ask that [redacted] review the terms of his contract as he opted to not purchase a warranty with his systemTherefore there is the charge for service Additionally, in [redacted] contract it states [redacted] is obligated to test and maintain his alarm equipmentHe has failed to do soThat does not release him from his agreement If [redacted] would like service of his equipment, Safe Home Security will offer a one time no charge service call ($per initial visit, $per hour)If found parts are damaged due to user error, [redacted] will need to pay to have those parts replacedIf any errors are found due to defective parts, those will be replaced at no charge If [redacted] chooses not to accept our offer, a buyout of $is required to close his account due to his contractual obligation Sincerely, Colin W [redacted] Corporate Account Manager Safe Home Security

This is a horrible company! They do not provide ANY customer service and add in a contract extending clause buried in their contracts They do not point this out so unless you read the entire contract, the contract will be automatically extended unless you submit a cancellation request at least days before the contract ends There is no place to find the form to cancel the contract extension and if you call they give you the run-around Once the extension ends, the high pressure sales start Mine started months before the end of the contract with daily calls and emails wanting me to sign the new contract Then they try to get you to "update" you information Beware because if you do update your information, they write that into a new contract and you are on the hook for another several years

To Whom it May Concern, Please see attached correspondence on company letterhead stating [redacted] account will be closed as of April 30th, per their requestAdditionally the letter also states there is no further payment obligation on the account and the Power's payment information has been deleted from our databaseWe ask The Revdex.com to close this complaint as resolvedSincerely, Colin W [redacted] Corporate Account Manager Safe Home Security

I wrote them and told them that when my contract was up I know longer wanted the service. My service contract was up in June of this year they continued to take the money out of my account in June,July and August I call them every month and I still haven't gotten my refund that they owe me.I wouldn't recommend this company

To Whom It May Concern, This customer's account is still open because the customer's account was past due when they submitted they're cancellation letterThe customer had a alarm that caused the [redacted] Police Department to charge the customer a $alarm feeThe company paid it on the customer's behalf and invoiced the customer for the amountNormally the fee goes directly to the customer's home, in this case the [redacted] PD sent it directly to Safe HomeSafe Home is required to pay the fine on the customer's behalf and then invoice the customer so that there is no interruption in emergency responses The customers have refused to pay the monthly fee for April, May, or June as well as the alarm fine In order for the customer's to close they're account a payment of $is required to be madeThat is for the months of April, May, and June as well as the alarm feeThe customer's did not send a cancellation letter until the end of May/beginning of June Once this past due amount is paid the company will close the account and update any negative reporting to the credit bureau Sincerely, Colin W [redacted] Corporate Account Manager Safe Home Security

After reviewing the Revdex.com complaint and our notes, I've decided to released the customer from our agreementNo further obligations are requiredThank You!!!

This company has no way out of their contract and when you call to try and talk to them they just tell you to pay the remainder of the contractThey are also very rude when trying to talk about possible solutions to billing issues or customer problems

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They are not being truthful as usualI never had a "contract" with them, my service was transferred to them and I did not agree to a contract only a month by month serviceMy service was cancelled at my request with the help of the Revdex.com as they were not acknowledging alarms that went off so I was not really being monitored properly and they were sending bills out that were arriving after the due date billing cycles in a row and assessing late charges that were not warranted due to their neglect of sending bills out timelyI will not pay for them to send someone to my home to punch in a four digit code and reset it to the factory code [redacted] that they had NO RIGHT TO CHANGEI have owned this system since day one and have receipts to show it was paid for in full upon installation by [redacted] AlarmsI also do not trust that they will not have the technician totally disable the systemThey should have reset the code to the factory code upon termination of their service to my accountI will have to look at legal options to cover the cost of replacing the system if reseting the panel by jumpers Jand Jis also locked out and any damages and distress caused by their unfair practicesI will not rule out starting a class action suite against them as wellRegards, [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meJust to be clear there is no out of pocket expense to me for equipment or installation and you refund the $to meif that is correct I agree and again await a phone call for installation Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I called to speak with them about when my contract was up, and if they could work with me about lowering my monthly payment I was told that my last contract was updated in Fall 2013, so I was not even half way through my month commitment, and they were unable to help me I was told "my hands are tied" by the rep He proceeded to tell me that they upgraded my panel for free, which later he admitted was wrong, since my payment had gone up 20$ It wasn't "free", they spread it out over the months!!!!! That's not free I asked them how long I had been a customer (2008), and if I have always been in good standing He admitted that I had, but again couldn't help me until I was within the renewal period You can bet your [redacted] I'm not renewing Hoping to sell this house so I can get out of this contract They are awful and not willing to work with you

We will be able to pay the $on or after the 23rd Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]

It was brought to our attention that [redacted] has filed a complaint against Safe Home Security Inc The customer wanted to cancel because he is not satisfied with our service The customer called into our office to cancel his service with us because he stated our rate was too high and he was offered a lower rate from competitors Our customer service representative informed the customer that we value him and the customer agreed to sign a new agreement where we lowered his rate by $per month and provided him three months of free monitoring A few days later the customer experienced a alarm because his wife hit the panic button by accident They were immediately contacted by the central station to make sure everything was fine A customer service manager contacted [redacted] in regards to his complaint and request to cancel his account because of the monitoring center He informed the customer that the central station that monitors his home is Nationwide and that alarm companies use different central stations as the “watchdogs” in case of an alarm event At anytime there is an alarm event, the customer would be notified by the central station and when the customer had an alarm event on 7/14/16, they were notified The customer was upset because when he called our office after hours, our lines are forwarded to [redacted] our primary central station They will assist customers with troubleshooting, setting service or having our office contact the customer the next day even if they are being monitored by another central station [redacted] could not find [redacted] in their system because he is being monitored but [redacted] but they can find the customer in our database that they have access to [redacted] has been with our company since 2009, where he and his family have been protected and are monitored by the [redacted] central station When the customer had an alarm event on 7/14, he was quickly contacted by them and we apologize if the central station was not courteous to him We will provide the customer one month of free monitoring for any inconvenience he experienced but the agreement that he recently signed is valid and will not be voided Greg M###-###-#### ext***
