I called because I had no sound on my computerI was told my different levels of employees that this could be fixed and if not my money would be refunded $without hesitationAfter almost days pf them trying to fix the problem approximately hours not only do I have no sound but they restored my computer to the year when I first purchased it and with this lost all of my data including pictures, video's, programs whick I authorized only they can fix the sound issueI asked different employees each one higher then the other if you cannot get the sound back I will get a refund and all responded yesNot pne of them said if it isn't a software issue and it's a hardware issue then we will only refund $backNot only do I not have sound my computer is now running in safe mode, lost all my data, pic's videos, programs, etcbut still no soundI told them I just need to get a refund after two solid days of them trying to correct the sound issueThey transfer

Sach Solutions called me saying I had problems with my computer and they needed access to it to take care of the problemI am told the person I had a contract with Dell Tech Concierge He said he works with Dell That was a lie, he worked with Sach Solutions During the process he ask for my credit card info I requested that he let me see the info that I was giving him my card info for He read it to me, but refused to show it to me on the screen After all the process was completed, including the tech working on my computer, they sent me the agreement with my card info and that I had signed I called Dell Tech and inquired about this company They told me that this company is a Scam and they get a lot of complaints about them About minutes after closing the transaction with Sach Solutions I called my MasterCard company an
