I called about a made up check number for $taken out of my accountOn 10/10/they said they needed time and would call me back in 2-hoursDuring the week I tried calling back but my phone was blockedOn 10/I called on a different phone and they couldn't fine my account, Didn't have my name in the system or the invoice numberI asked how could they take my money but not know meSaid I had to talk to billing but they couldn't transfer meShe talked to someone with more authority but couldn't helpI wanted to talk to whoever she talked to but wouldn't let me.I demanded to talk to a managerI asked about timesWe argued and she hung up on meI called back and everytime went into voice mailLooked up this company online and got a warningLots of fraud complaints

Computer security problem was detected and resolved in a professional manner, in addition necessary upgrades were installed and appropriate cleof files was done

At this point I don't know if the problem was fixed I will test things out and advise with a call back Technicians were fantastic and very helpful!

This company remote accessed into my laptops and has locked me out after I refused to pay a fee
This company contacted me stating that my email address was alerting them of suspicious activity and they needed to access my laptop remotely to correct I've used this company before with no issue so I trusted them and allowed them to access my laptop After conducting their test they stated that they needed to run anti virus software that would correct the issues When I refused this service I was told a manager would contact me to discuss any further actions needed They have not called me back and now after they accessed my laptops I am receiving a login message that I have to enter a password that they set and I don't know what it is I've researched the web and contacted Microsoft directly and this is a known scam I need this company to contact me back and give me the password they used so I can correct their vicious unnecessary attack into my laptops I am hoping they have n
